As a blink that grew up with the art of classical music, I loved shut down so much! I grew up adoring the sound of classical music (especially the cello, violin and piano) so to hear such an iconic piece getting worked into an amazing song brought me so much joy.

Vanessa-Mae is a great player, but I can't help wondering how Paganini actually sounded playing this wonderful composition. I can't believe we will never listen to him, or Vivaldi, Chopin, Beethoven, and all the others. Everything we hear of them is an interpretation, however accurate, of other musicians. But it must make you truly proud, signor Paganini!
We are luckier bc this is free and we dont have to travel on see for months just to see them performing, but now ee get to take public transport to see now masters, which could even play better than some composers perform and we have internet, but would also love to hear them play

Play it at 1.25x speed. This is how Paganini could have played it live (maybe a bit too fast, but I've read that he could play it definitely faster than any current recorded performance -which are awesome and very talented*). Amazing.

As a blink that grew up with the art of classical music, I loved shut down so much! I grew up adoring the sound of classical music (especially the cello, violin and piano) so to hear such an iconic piece getting worked into an amazing song brought me so much joy.

I can't believe we will never listen to him, or Vivaldi, Chopin, Beethoven, and all the others. Everything we hear of them is an interpretation, however accurate, of other musicians. But it must make you truly proud, signor Paganini!
We are luckier bc this is free and we dont have to travel on see for months just to see them performing, but now ee get to take public transport to see now masters, which could even play better than some composers perform and we have internet, but would also love to hear them play
