I will look out for this dish in Almeria province where I live. As an Englishman, we have a taste for fried cod dishes!
Sounds great! Much love :)

Good afternoon, the fish looks so delicious and fresh. This was an easy recipe I am sure the marinade made a big difference in flavouring the fish. Thank you so much for sharing. Kind regards.
Much love :)
Albert...what can I say, salivating 😋
Much love :)
Seve muy apetitoso me gusta mucho estos deliciosos platillos

Much love :)
Looks great, will be making it tomorrow ;)
Hope you enjoy! Much love :)
Too te adobo marinade I always add 1 to 11/2 teaspoons of good Indian curry powder. It doesn't make the fish Madras Indian but adds just enough flavor for you to say 'What the hell was that'!
Can the marinade be saved and used for something else? Any ideas how to use it?
If you want to reuse it, make sure to boil it first, to kill off any bacteria :) Much love
Me gusta! Bravo!
Saludos!
Albert: Delicious! *_I❤COD !!!_* So easy also, and I cannot wait to try it. Question: Can the remaining
marinade be used for anything else? Just asking. Thanks again. (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~
If you want to re-use the marinade, you will have to bring it to a boil to kill any harmful bacteria :) Much love!
Thanks for asking this, I wondered the same thing! 👍
Looks delish!!! Gotta try it out now!!!🤗😋
Sounds great! Much love :)
Perfect for all the fantastic side dishes you have already made for us!
Yes! Much love :)
I gasped when you spilled out that beautiful adobo marinade into the sink. Surely you could come up with another use for it, even though it was used to marinade fish. Perhaps to thicken it and reduce it to a sauce for the cod or another fish dish.
Delicious!
Thank you for sharing,🌹🌹🌹
Greeting from Edith, a happy Subscriber

Can't wait to try this! 😋
Much love :)
Wow looks amazing!
Thank you! Much love :)
I havent tried to make it but i dont think that white fish meat could marinate deep inside, only the outside would you taste the marinate and would just taste the same as unmarinated one deep inside.
I need some confermation to prove my theory wrong.
Chef, could you please suggest:
1. TWO really good Sherry Vinegars?
2. ONE balsamic vinegar
Thanks!~
Looks good
Much love :)
Perfect for fish tacos😋
Much love :)
What a great idea!
The adobo looks great. I don't have sherry vinegar, but I'll use red wine vinegar and throw in a shot of sherry. I'm going to start soaking a pound of dry cod right now! (in water of course, until I get the salt out)
Sounds great! Much love :)
Hi Albert @ Spain On A Fork Thank You So Much for the beautiful recipe and video @ Spain On A Fork 👍👍❤️❤️
Much love :)
Looks lovely. So the vinegar does not 'cook' or drastically change the texture of the fish?
Just adds flavor :) Much love!
Cod is one of my favorite fish. Looking forward to trying this one.
Much love :)
Hi just a few addin's to spice it up...
For the Adobo...use a little more garlic, fresh oregano leaves, Lemon Juice -1/2 Cup, Onion Juice( red variety) 2,Table spoons, Spices as mentioned & grate in some nutmeg and blend them into a fine paste , then add in the water to adjust the consistency
Marinade your fish of choice , 2-3 hrs, the lemon juice will immediately start cooking the fish through allowing the spices to be soaked up.
Then with plain flour, add a little jest ( rice flour,) some panko crumbs, salt , pepper, , cost the fish without pat drying them post draining the excess liquid, coat well, fry them to your liking and enjoy with whatever you chose to drink .,... Cheers !!!
Why don't you start your own cooking channel?
@@morrismonet3554 , never been at it and with a full time job ... Maybe sometime in the future....
But the best place in my home is my kitchen & the days i get lots of lemon @ office , i come back and make the best lemonade:)
Love the ingredients. Do you use an air fryer? How would this alter the texture?
I watch alot of cooking videos...most of the people I watch tell you when it is awesome and when it it is not....I really appreciate that honesty. Your recipes, according to you, are always perfect. I have created more of your recipies than anyone else I have watched. Fortunately,I have been cooking most of my life and I am very good at both the art and the science of cooking...so before I even start, I know what your recipes need to make them perfect....soooooo, thank you!!!! They are great inspiration. Basic recipes that I can build from are my favorites.
I always test run every recipe before I make the video, if it´s not perfect, I don´t do the video :) Thanks for the comment! Much love :)
