I know all of you have some sort of "party" game that after a long day of playing outside, you just want to sit back and destroy friendships. Well, this was that game for me from 2001-2006. We played this so much that one of my non videogame owning friends got insanely good at it. Thanks to the power of fast internet and Parsec, I am able to enjoy one of the best game modes of all time again - RUSH 2049 BATTLE!
¡Hola a todos mis amigos de habla hispana! Para jugar a Rush 2049 online, hay muchas maneras de conseguirlo. Aquí en este vídeo estoy ejecutando el emulador en mi ordenador y otras 3 personas se están conectando a mi ordenador usando Parsec. Así que son capaces de ver el juego y recibo sus controles como si estuvieran conectados directamente a mi ordenador. El problema con este método es que los jugadores que se conecten tendrán un retardo de entrada basado en su ping de red. Así que si vives lejos del anfitrión, no es una buena experiencia. La otra forma de jugar es usando Fightcade. Fightcade Flycast netplay es muy bueno y no se nota tanto el retardo de entrada, pero sólo es 1v1.

god I remember playing this with my cousins and friends in early 2000's, this is definitely one of the many multiplayer games they should remake and release on steam
We play 4p battles online using the Parsec app. One person hosts the game on their PC on emulator and the other 3 players connect in with Parsec. The input delay can suffer if you live too far away from the person hosting the game. It is not too bad though. I am in the USA and I play with my friends in Peru with 120ms ping and it still plays fine.

Used to bunk our school and play this in game in multiplayer mode back on early 2000. 24 years have gone by but the memory is still fresh. Miss the good old days and school mate whom I have lost.

Randomising the weapons through the cheat menu made it perfect. You couldn't just race for the loudspeaker or homing missile - you had to learn to use whatever the game handed you.
I just wish it had been a selectable option, instead of having to piss about with fiddly input combos. Otherwise, car combat perfection.
I made a savestate with the entire cheat menu fully unlocked. Those cheats are TOO HARD to input . We actually had to bust out CheatEngine memory editor to automatically make all cheats in the menu available. We were not able to input half of them. lol

Jogamos on-line usando o aplicativo Parsec. Uma pessoa executa o jogo em um emulador em seu PC e os outros três jogadores se conectam pelo aplicativo Parsec. É um jogo em nuvem hospedado pelo usuário. Obviamente, o atraso da entrada pode ser prejudicado se você morar muito longe do host. Mesmo com um ping de 120 ms, acho que é muito fácil jogar. Eu jogo com meus amigos peruanos e moro nos EUA.

@@justase64 I have Fightcade but no one wants to play with me because I only have Wifi lol, I guess my ping is high. Once I'm wired, I'm down for it.
@@bryanlovesyou it works fine on 5ghz wifi and even with bad ping, you just set the delay to a higher value upon starting game to smooth out the lag some. I will play with you if you wanna test.

@@TheDefconsd1 if we play 4p on parsec, you dont have to set anything up. All you would need to do is install parsec and own a gamepad that can be plugged into your computer. If it is an xinput or PS4 pad it will work with no configuring.

Come play on parsec with us. I am not the greatest, but my Peruvian friends are the best in the world (they are not in this video) they probably play at least 10-15 hours a week. They are masters at all of the modes. I am only very good at stunt and decent at battle. discord.gg/teamrush

Sí, es muy divertido. Puedes instalar Parsec y jugar con otros. No tienes que ejecutar el emulador. Creo que Parsec también funciona en Android. Con Parsec, sólo una persona carga el emulador. Todos los demás se conectan al host. Es un cliente de transmisión de vídeo del juego. Funciona muy bien si tienes un internet decente.

Still play battle a lot but how do you play it without random weapons?! Plus its Bassy or Garage only!
What do you mean? The weapons are always in the same locations on each map. Garage is my favorite track.
@@justase64 open the cheat menu, it allows all parts, tracks and random weapons. It's considered a cheat but it improves the game not knowing what weapon you are going to get.
@@giantswingfuzz Cool I will try some rounds like that sometime. I have a demul savestate with the cheat menu enabled and all cheats. Too hard to put the cheats in every time haha.
@@justase64 I would recommend the redream dreamcast emulator (cheat menu is available by turning it on in the emu) of all the emulators and versions on og xbox GameCube and ps2 all run well in emulation but the redream emu is the best rush experience. I use xbox controllers on the pc and it's great
@@giantswingfuzz I get more solid framerate on 4 player rush 2049 with Demul. I have flycast, redream, and demul.
Such a amazing game... Have these graphics been updated bc this dont look bad at all
The emulator is upscaling it from 640x480 to 1280x960 so it looks sharper.

Sí, este vídeo se grabó antes de que hiciéramos un estado guardado totalmente desbloqueado con todos los trucos disponibles. Si quieres el estado de guardado personalizado, envíame un mensaje en discordia, te enviaré el paquete. Los trucos son demasiado difíciles de introducir manualmente, así que usamos el editor de memoria CheatEngine para editar manualmente el código y tener todos los trucos disponibles.

Это так весело! Вы можете играть по сети 1v1 на Fightcade или 3p+ на Parsec. В этом видео мы играем с помощью Parsec. 3 других игрока подключены ко мне, они получают быстрое кодирование видео с моего рабочего стола, а я получаю их входные данные. Из-за этого у них есть задержка ввода. Fightcade намного лучше, но только 1v1.

Estoy ejecutando el juego en el emulador Demul. Los otros 3 jugadores se conectan a mi ordenador con Parsec. Ellos reciben un flujo de video rápido y yo recibo sus entradas de xbox.

@@algenipiron5990 En mi ordenador, Rush 2049 se ejecuta en el emulador de Dreamcast llamado Demul (puedes usar cualquier emulador de Dreamcast, como Flycast o Redream). Tengo mi propio gamepad de xbox conectado al ordenador. Los otros 3 jugadores se conectan a mi ordenador mediante una aplicación de streaming de escritorio llamada Parsec. Así que los otros 3 jugadores no están ejecutando ningún emulador, sólo están viendo un flujo de vídeo del juego en mi ordenador usando Parsec. Parsec me permite obtener los datos de su gamepad. Sus gamepads de Xbox aparecen en mi ordenador como si estuvieran conectados directamente. Es una aplicación muy limpia. parsec.app
Hola q tan lejos del anfitrión se tiene q estar para q se sienta el retraso???
Me destruyó AlanFB y se conectó conmigo (Boston USA) desde Brasil y tenía al menos un ping de 150ms pero seguía siendo increíble y ganaba. Para el modo batalla no me importa un ping de 120 o menos. Empieza a afectar al juego a partir de 100ms de ping pero se puede compensar. La carrera es mucho más difícil con el input lag. Sin embargo, vale la pena para las batallas 3p/4p. Es un juego muy divertido. Ahora estoy en Carolina del Norte, pero creo que mi ping a los países sudamericanos sigue siendo el mismo. No estoy tan al norte pero ya no tengo una conexión de fibra limpia.
Aquí en Lima Perú jugamos batalla todas las semanas quisiera poder jugar en online con otras personas que están lejos
¡Excelente! ¿Usted también es cliente de Avalon Games Center en Lima? He jugado una vez con Abex, Elegido, Frank y Karlox. Se quejan de la demora de entrada mientras ganan jaja xD. Últimamente no he podido alojar el juego porque estoy en una conexión de internet diferente que no es buena pero he encontrado una solución :) Descarga parsec y echa un ojo a la sección de Arcade. Puede que pronto suba alguna partida.

ve a google play store y descarga redream y pruébalo. también puedes probar flycast a través de Retroarch. bro you are a beginner , not a pro.... you haven't open all cheat code .. you know there are more tracks, more cars, big engines, different alloys... less than 0.1% people in the world knows the cheat
This is before I made a savestate for all cheats. We used cheatengine memory editor to make all the cheats available and then saved over the save state. If you want the fully unlocked savestate, send me a message on discord. Half of the cheats are too difficult to enter.
