105 thousand subscribers outstanding Meredith and LB and your wonderful kids and puppies and all your animals too and especially the moomoos too
I'm setting here wondering why I enjoy watching your videos. 1) Very real. 2) Very well edited. 3) Always ''UP'. 4.) Some fond memories. Keep them coming..
Thanks so much, Greg! Your support and encouragement mean so much!
Brownie wasn’t looking but all the other cows were staring at the crazy lady. 😂😜
That's funny. I was thinking the same thing.
That's what I was thinking too!! Pretty funny stuff Meredith!!🤣🤣
I'm not sure if Wes has watched this guy but I think he is great and Wes may like to see him. I put him on one of your videos before. I hope he likes it. Wish you ALL the best in the world. PooBear from Minnesota.
It looks like Wesley is like his dad, a man of few words. Looks like Lawrence is doing better since the accident. It’s good that he kept going on the farm and teaching the kids about using different equipment on the farm.
Good evening Merdie and Family
Ahh new shoes for the tractor ❤️
As always enjoy going along for the ride around the farm ❤️
Hope Y’all have a Blessed evening 🤠🇺🇸❤️ Love Y’all
You should never be surprised by the abilities of your kids. You and Lawrence have built a foundation of confidence for them. And it shows. Good job Mom and Dad!
The kids vitamin testing is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣 love it I laughed out loud watching it!
Just love Wesley. He's growing up so quickly in leaps and bounds, certainly ahead of a lot of young teens these days. Think he's an observer.
Our family continues to love your channel !! So much good content !!
Awesome! Thank you for watching!
LOL around here in Western PA we call a bogging a sled that is made out of thin slats of wood with a bent front end curved up front end. We call a sled something with runners on. And around here we just simply call that a stocking cap or a knit cap
Austin’s reaction to the vitamins was hilarious. Thanks for the giggle sis. 🤣
Austin is turning into a mini you Meredith, she is kinda sounding like you already m you just wait, there will be a day when people are going thing you two are twins, you with your Youth looking beautiful, looks and Austin’s grown up looks are going to surprise you, Meredith you rock ,and I love ya too, thanks for be you, it is an amazing beautiful world with Meredith in it, thanks BigAl California.
👍👍😂
In Canada we call it a toque.
We have a cough medicine that’s called Buckleys up here. It is basically made from pine needles. It is so SO awful tasting….but it sure works.
😄. Yup. Lol
Wes is like his dad. Man of few words. Austin is like her mom.
I could not agree more
Hope Wes dont turn out like his dad. Lb still in 18th century
A toque is what you wear on your head, a toboggan is what you slide down a snowy hill on. we call them a "toque" not a toboggan here in Canada.
We always called them boggans in my family.
There are also sleighs and sleds, as well as a toboggan, to slide down the snowy hill. Touques and stocking caps are worn on the head here in Canada. But to each his own.
Imagine wearing a muffler around your neck.
@@larss592 I have had enough. I have unsubscribed from this channel.
@@dr.michaelr.foreman2170 ???? So, i reread all the replies to see if i could understand your response. Honestly i dont see anything that warrants it. But hey, happy trails.
The SSS didn't seem to be a big hit with Austin or Wes - man what faces! 😂 But you're right they do need to keep healthy with all the chores they help out with. All kids should be so involved so they learn what makes life happen and how to get it to happen for the good. Too many of them nowadays don't have a clue. Thanks for sharing and keep on keeping on.
We called them watch caps, or scockcap's ! Wes an Austin are so cute , still kids but both step up an do what needs done ! I'm so proud of them, I can imagine how Proud You an Lawrence are !!! They are going to be Wonderful adult's, just like Mom an Dad ! GOD BLESS Y'ALL !!! Thank you for sharing your lives with us !!!
I have noticed Lawrence is letting Wes do a little more along. That is good cause he is going to have to take on more and responsibility in the coming years to run the farm if that is what he chooses to do. Me and Lawrence have on thing in common and that is we can't seem to do anything without bleeding. Guess it goes with the job...
Meredith it looked like things are back to normal again. Lots of happy faces and laughing. Good for you and your family.
Thank you for bringing us along. You & LB are for sure raising Wesley + Austin right!! It wont be long & they both will be handling the trucks & tractors like they were born on one. Those calves are so darn cute just want to hug them all. Blessings to this farm family!!
When I was little I used to watch Popeye cartoons and thought if I ate my spinach I would have super strength. The hired man was much amused by the way I attacked bales of hay picking them up and stacking them on the wagon after a meal of spinach. Another miracle was when I got a new pair of black "P.F. Flyers" tennis shoes. They were advertised as enabling one wearing a pair to be able to "run faster and jump higher" like superman able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Skeert me when that closing slide came up at 0:30--thought I was about to get cheated! While Dad wasn't a full-time farmer, I grew up doing most of the things your kids are doing, and I wouldn't take anything for the experience. Always a treat to share the life on Bernard Farms!
Sweet video. The SSS tonic taking was hilarious. Thanks for sharing your families precious life moments. Be safe.
Merriam Webster Definition of toboggan (Entry 1 of 2)
1: a long flat-bottomed light sled made usually of thin boards curved up at one end with usually low handrails at the sides
Bless your heart..
Like you are going to change a southern woman's mind.
She doesn't understand there are many types of sleds and snow types, and the combinations that work best. But we love her here in MN just the same.
Nope, never heard 'em called that! Thats a sled! WE just called them stocking caps. Of course to our neghbors to the north, they're called a touqe.
Watching those kids grow up learning and helping is the best stuff.
One of my favouritist things about you is when you are talking to us and you begin.....SQUIRREL.
And then you drive down a dirt track talking to us and .......SQUIRREL.
And it’s totally adorab.........SQUIRREL
Have a really lovely..... SQUIRREL 🤗
Meredith, Thank you for the many smiles you have put on my face. I really enjoy your vids.
Did anyone else see the "Ending Shot" @ 0.30 when Meredith said 'Oh We Have an Escapee and then think "OH NO, it's already over"!🤣Love Funny Face Brownie and love seeing Panda being a Mom! great to see Wes so comfortable in taking charge as he helps his Dad make the Farm Work easier! Lots of changes to just get a day's worth of work done! And you ALWAYS have a positive smile and giggle for Us Fans! So cool to see Reba and Rusty and how they KNOW they are Loved Big Time! Congrats to ALL the Sweepstakes winners....but you know Meredith...ALL THE FANS are winners when we get to hang out With The Bernards! Stay Safe and Strong and Keep Strutting with A Smile! Cheers From Ohio❤
Wonder Woman Gal ain’t gonna take no more SSS I don’t think. That boy of y’all’s loves working with his dad and is learning so much from him! I love watching the kids do all the farm chores and not complaining! You and the farmer are so proud of them! Love the videos and look forward to see them all! Have a good week and Gertie is chomping at the bit to get after them soybeans!
Bless ya LB…teaching Wes how to back up and park the trucks…not many fathers do that until ( I feel) it’s to late…nice going Wes.
Hi Meredith and family hope you all are doing good.God bless you all.I love watching you and your family.
One of your viewers called your hat a "watch cap", the name used in the Navy. Then that made me think of my first experience after getting off the bus in boot camp. The Chief had the bus full of new recruits line up on the foot prints painted on the cement. The first question the Chief asked was, "How many of you recruits are from the farm?". No one spoke up, raised their hands, nothing....
Then the Chief asked again, and added "The reason I'm asking is because farm boys make the best sailors, and I want to know how many GOOD SAILORS are in the group". About 75% raised their hands. The whole bus was full and all from NE Kansas. Lots of farm boys! At first they didn't raise their hands thinking the Chief was going to make fun of them. This is the type of guys that the Chief was bragging about. They know hard work, and they're not afraid of it!
to·bog·gan
a long narrow sled used for the sport of coasting downhill over snow or ice. It typically is made of a lightweight board that is curved upward and backward at the front.
Also
Toboggan is a winter hat and has its origin in the south of the USA.
Bless your heart, sometimes when it all piles up, you look just this side of going crazy 😜! Well done for showing your strength and optimism!
Thanks for bringing us along.
😊 thank you for watching Stephen!

I'm proud of you ! And lololololololololol ! 🤣😆😅😂I Laffer my head off watching Austin trying to take and finally take the triple SSS ! oh my goodness ! I kept saying hold your nose ! But the after taste reaction was hysterical ! Good job funny girl ! Wesley face and quiet reaction spoke volumes when he took it too! Lololol ! Thanks for the laugh ! Later ! 😊
thank you for inviting me over!! really fun!!
Watching you and your family really makes my day. Thank you.
I agree!!!
Thanks for watching, Lawrence! We're happy to have you along!
Good Girl Mere. Proud to see you back up using your mirrors.
Thank you for another great video. Great to see Austin and Wesley getting involved with the farm more and more. It seems that LB being laid up and Wesley doing some things with equipment has opened the door to Wesley getting more opportunities to operate equipment more. It is a great learning opportunity. Stay safe, well, and warm.
Browny Browny, Cows have eyes on the side of their head. They can see over a wide angle next to them. So Browny was looking all the time. Multitasking. Looking and drinking.🐄
Love that your kids make you laugh! You have a cute laugh.
Her face when he said it’s not that bad lol I remember taking something when I was a kid that tasted horrible lol your big little girl is definitely going to grow up to be tougher than most guys just by her smarts god bless everyone
Yes very much your son is going to be a great 👍farmer
Agree Miss Lyn...Wes is really starting to show his comfort in talking charge! Cheers From Ohio
She is fine young lady. You are doing fine . You're personality and you're smile is your best asset's. Stay positive great looking. Everyone have a great day.
Your kids are just precious. Think I saw a little smile on Lawrence face! Saw someone said Austin is like you and Wesley his Dad, agree. Wesley is one of few words and sometimes looks like he thinks “Mama what are you doing”. He is really doing good with all the equipment. Daddy must be very proud of him. My visor and t shirt came, so excited. Can’t wait for next video.

I'm with Lawrence, Stocking cap, great you had the time to get you some new sneakers for the tractor, glad the silage went better
Austin is a beautiful young girl & those extra vitamins & such will just help her kick butt on everything she does.
I love watching you guy's. ❤
Quite entertaining. Lol. Austin and Wes downing the vitamins was an excellent ending. Way to show ‘em how it is done.
Oh that was funny. Is the tonic on my! I remember my mama used to give us some stuff and it was awful! Good for us. We was so little. Twins boy and a girl came early. Oh how I missed my twin. In heaven 10 years. God-bless your family and keep safe.( I remembered caster oil! )
You amaze me I'm proud of what you do and whole family God bless you all for hard work you all
As always, another excellent video. Wholesome content, wonderful, hard working family gettin' 'er done. Nevermind the setbacks. Y'all have more than your fair share of setbacks, and don't let them hold you back.
Thanks for sharing your life with all of us viewers. I love your videos! Barry. Canyon Lake Texas

First, good thing Lawrence is “grounded “ because your spirit like Austin is free and all over the place. Second, Wes is impressive with the L8000. The skillet chili, oh wow you’re killin me. The Bernard unit eats well! ❤️😘did you see it coming 💕💕
Oh that was funny with Austin and the sss vitamins….🤣🤣 love love loved it! Hugs to you!

Really enjoy all your videos Meredith. I just absolutely love your whole family, you all are just so wonderful and hard working. Hope you all are having a great day!❤️
Thank you so much!
Awesome video! Thank you. Blessings
Those kids are hilarious with the SSS. Both amazing kids though. Farm kids enter adult life with so much experience that goes so far beyond being good at video games. You and Lawrence are rocking it as parents. Way to go!
Thanks Karl!
Another great video of your farm life. Keep smiling.
Thank you! Will do!
I see that there is a new motor on the bin 👍. Wesley is getting good training from Lawrence drive the truck and learning how to stuff. Austin was so funny taking the tonic 🤣. Like always great video 💯.
Please keep us informed about the latest progress of Half-Pint…She is
so Delicate & so Pretty!!!
It's really cool seeing those kids working. And yes a toboggan is a wooden sled. I'm from Wisconsin
Thank You Meredith for sharing your videos! You make my day brighter when I watch your videos! Cheers and blessings to your family! Much Peace and Love from Alberta Canada!
Thank you Judy!
Hi from Syracuse NY my friends and thank you for sharing your thoughts and adventures and everyone else and your farm
Thanks for watching Earl!
Another great video. Wes is turning into a fine young man. Frost on the ground with all the leaves turning is a beautiful site. Mornings are so crisp and quiet. New tires on a tractor is a great feeling. Skillet chili!!!!! Mmmmmmm. And corn bread!!!!! Oh yeah. Nice cold weather meal and so comforting!!! I do mine over a fire pit in a dutch oven and have family and friends over. And 3 #8 griswald skillets ( that were my grandmothers from 1940’s ) of cornbread and a huge pot of mashed taters. That makes for a great evening. Prayers for y’all. Stay safe
Wesley is really a great hand with the farm equipment!!
NEVER take your eyes off of the Tractor when hitching or unhitching and always have an escape route. Foot slips off the clutch......
What's leaking on the 4440? Coolant? Time to plug in the Block Heaters and trickle chargers. Always wear your gloves. When I was a kid we called it 'bug juice'!
New sneakers for the tractor, YAY! I think you went thru the hat thing a long time ago. I watched a goofy movie years ago, in it some "Canadians" that hat a 'Tewk' (sp?). Here in Northern Maine a toboggan is used for sliding down hill or be pulled by something. They are made of hardwood varying lengths 8'-16'+, curled up on front like a candy cane, which I'm sure you've probably heard 1000s of times. God bless 🙏 👍🇺🇸
Yes. I have never heard of a hat/toque being called a toboggan. We take toboggans down the hill in the winter. Lol
It's interesting to learn the different terminology used to describe things. Here in Minnesota and throughout the Midwest we call them shopping carts. Now when I visit down South its a buggy!!!
Mud won't stand a chance with those new tires . I just had to laugh when it was time to take the vitamins and those reactions!!!
A spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down came to mind!!! Till next time......
Mer I’m sorry I’m with LB on this one. We grew up with the thing on your head being a stocking hat/cap, the plastic thing you ride in the snow is a sled, and the really nice wooden ones were toboggans. We grew up in Seattle, however my mom grew up in Michigan and dad in Kansas 🤷🏼♀️
Boy Wes is get to be very much like his dad and Austin is more like you. Wes is doing well driving the equipment around. All of you are doing well with the chores. God bless and be safe
Tobogan is what you ride one. Toque is another word for winter hat. 😊🇨🇦
The one thing I hated as a kid was my grandma's mustard polouses when you got sick or a cold or etc. I never got sick to much as a kid and even today I don't get sick often. Loved the video. ♥️
Do ya reckon Brownie may have tapped into some chocolate milk for breakfast ? When you showed the skillet chili I knew I'd see some cornbread. Had some with supper before I watched the video. Wishing the Bernards and fellow viewers a great, safe week !
That's funny, when I was born and grew up in Danville, not far from you guys, and we always called them stocking caps. When we moved to Wilson, NC that was the first time I had ever heard it called a toboggan. You know the old saying "When in Rome"? So it's been toboggan since moving.
Thanks for another happy times video. I always come away from watching, feeling good. Maybe happy times for me, right?
One of your best ones! Your enthusiasm is awesome!😊
Thanks so much Kerry!
Beanie
Beanie
In the United States, a beanie is a head-hugging brimless cap, made from triangular panels of material joined by a button at the crown and seamed together around the sides. Commonly made of cloth or felt material, beanies may also be made from leather or silk. In some US regions and parts of Canada the term "beanie" refers to a knitted cap, alternately called a "stocking cap" or "toque".
Tell Austin and Wes I think they are already heros super good young folks 💪
I used to be in the Coast Guard and we call those kind of hats "watch caps."
Meredith practice makes perfect I no you get it down pat
Maybe you need winter blankets for the tractors and trucks!😁
New "sneakers" on the tractor, good looking tread. LB looking good. I think older versions of vitamins are better than some of this new stuff even if it doesn't taste that good. We had stuff from old Doc Frank (50+ years ago) when we were sick, don't now what it was, I'm afraid to actually know, but we were back to normal next day or so. Hope bean harvest goes, is going well.
In the northern U P of Michigan we call them chooks not toboggan hats
I am starting a venture with my dad. Spent today plowing a 15 acre pasture that we hope to grow soybeans on. Inspired by RUclips farmers like yourself!
Good luck to you guys!!
Hey how are you doing today u all doing a good job all the time
You have the fancy new load binders. I'm. Still using the old kind.
My husband and I love watching your channel. We were wondering why you have the cows separated the way you do? I’m sure there is a perfectly good reason for it even if it’s just ‘cause you want to. Lol. 😉
Breakfast is so good! It’s udderly delicious
Could you install cattle guards at the gate ? They would save time. What is the cost of installing them? (They do not wear out)
I got a good laugh at the kids talking the tonic!!!!
Can’t have chili without cornbread…. A lady from North Carolina taught me that!!!!!
Love the reaction on triple s. She's beautiful like her mother. Wesley has now a low of life skills. Glad to see the sheep. How is half pint? Love your adventures, keep the videos coming!
My daughter grew up as well like superheroes she even has over 400 12 inches dolls glade to see another tom cat in world haha love them know matter what...
Love it u put n more coverage of your channel and day on watch it the time my kind of farm gal keep it up
@@ambretha7366 Lets get a pic
Vitamins are what everyone needs daily, for good health and strong immune systems to fight off viruses. I have been taking a daily multiple vitamin since I was 10 years old back in 1969. Farm hard live well.
Stocking caps here in Iowa lol. Toboggan is a wooden sled. None the less it’s interesting how we use different terminology across the country.
