Hi guys just a little update.
As you can see this van is a bit of a time capsule!
Unfortunately however most of what was in it had to be dumped due to dryrot and rodent pee. We hope you enjoy seeing some of what was inside the 1977 Dodge camper van.

I wouldn't drive something from 2000, much less 1977! That is an expensive headache waiting to happen.

Ha ha!! I 😂 here you! Driving anything is expensive now days. 🙃 last time I checked car payments weren't cheap either and where we live registration and insurance for newer cars is super expensive 😳 In our case something older and reliable is the last expensive. Especially when you do at least some of the maintenance and repairs yourself. Also have you seen the price of new vans and trucks?!!! 50 to 80 thousand or more and that's not including the build. Newer used ones are not much better and you still have the higher insurance and registration. AND don't EVEN get me started on factory RVs! For the price of one of those I could by a nice house in the Midwest on some beautiful land! Thanks for your input and thank you for watching 👍 it's always appreciated! 😊

Dentyne gum, tissues from Alpha Beta, original "gold" carpet, ha ha ha!! Relics! 😂😂 You two are so good at turning trash into treasure, I can't wait to see how this baby turns out. You're in your element! ❤❤

The van looks in good shape for sure, nice find! That was interesting to see all the old stuff. I'm surprised the mice didn't destroy the klennex, it's really popular here😅. Now the work starts. Lots of work to look over the engine and replace wiring etc., good thing you two can do that job as its a lot of moola in your pockets! I used to say in the bank, but that might be counter intuitive these days 😅. Well, have fun with your Dodge 77 project!
