Covering a basic online merchant setup using GitHub Pages and PayPal / Stripe payment links
This approach makes it hard to have some features like automatic emails and automatic invoices but allows much more flexibility in other aspects e.g. you can easily add a wait list via Google Forms.
You can always upgrade to any other option since you own the domain.
