My suggestion would be eat at maintenance calories ( info U can find on a calorie calculator from Google) and focus on strength training like deadlift squat n pressing movements. And then once U see some size n muscle then cut back calories slowly but protein intake shud not decrease ..usko atleast 1.6x to 2x bodyweight maintain rakhna during muscle gain or fat loss ..just carbs se thoda quantity upar niche Karna hoga. Keep in mind 1g protein = 4calories 1g carb = 4 calories, 1g fat = 9 calories
