Hi Joann, I try to walk at least 30 minutes a day and I find going to sleep is much easier when I do that. Also, try reading your bible for a few minutes and this will help you get your mind off of things you've been thinking about during the day. It would be interesting to hear about how it was growing up in Las Vegas. Also, do you ever visit the Philippines, maybe to see family who still live there. It would be interesting to hear about the military rates you would considering doing. How is school going, and are you still planning to go to dental school? Keep the videos coming!

I subscribed after watching your video of the destroyer tour. I’m a uniformed civilian volunteer chefwith the Coast Guard and when I get underway it’s on much smaller ships and they usually put me in an upper rack and as I’m old enough to be the father or even grandfather of most of the crew it’s awkward asking them about how to handle the berthing. All I can tell you is getting out of the top rack at 0400 when you can’t see the floor is a bit unsettling. In any case thank you. Would love to hear more about your career and educational plans.
