Got on google to try and find a nice corn head for my JD combine, do a quick search and I see this video come up. Click on it for curiosities sake. I go to description to see if there is a link, then I notice "Lindbejb Modding" then I start cursing uncontrollably. So the search continues.... :/ but for real your a quality modder Joe, I like your videos and I don't blame you for keeping your awesome work private because so many people are itching to steal it and take credit for it.
+John Deere In America duals are used for more traction and the space between wheels allows tractors to drive down the rows without running over crops. Its true that the duals will spread the weight out a little more but thats pry not the biggest reason for getting them. The fat, ugly European tires are pry better at spreading the weight out than the narrow duals.
+John Deere Yea they look really ugly but I don't think row crops are as prominent in Europe. I think they probably plant more small grains like wheat and barley. Since they plant those in extremely narrow spacing that tires wont fit between they probably find it better to have wide tires that spread the weight rather than having narrow tires that compact the ground and make it harder for the wheat or whatever crop it is to emerge through that compacted spot.
