What's the difference between Liqui Moly 5170 and 2520 diesel purge/spulung except for the 500 vs 1000ml content?
Thank you for your question, it is only the size of the packaging, so it is the same product.diffrent sizes and different languages, will have different product codes within the Liqui Moly Range.
Can this be used by directly pouring the concentrate into the diesel tank?
If yes, then how much fuel show be used while mixing a bottle of diesel purge?
Of course but that is not what is intended. It should be run directly to the injectors, under various engine loads, while completely bypassing the fuel tank. Oil change is recommended immediately after. I will actually be performing this service on my 2007 Grand Cherokee CRD with the 3.0 Mercedes OM642 tomorrow and should have some of that footage up shortly on my channel

1994 Mercedes E300TD (wagon, not turbo): runs/starts well, no smoking... First time, as "periodic maintenance", poured directly in the tank and drove around for several mini-tours.
This time, in doing the direct connection method, are the chances relatively good that this will clean sufficiently to reduce the probability of removing glow plug problems?

It won't be an issue but depends obviously on contamination so might need to do it a couple of times.
Is it a good idea to pour such a corrosive liquid into a paper filter directly? Doesn't seem a good idea...
Hi, Diesel Purge isn't corrosive, but rather protects the entire fuel system from corrosion.
I have partial knocking when cold after filling diesel from a bad gas station, it diesel purge this way better or proline fuel system cleaner? The more effective one ?
It depends on what's the most convenient for you, diesel purge require the fuel line to be disconnected so if you don't mind that it's fine. Otherwise both additives are equally effective.
You can however, use the bakkie series diesel additive every time they use the "bad gas station".
just add it direct into you fuel tank with at least half or full tank.
