im a fighter in school (only with a reason) and i can agree that boxing is different than other kinds of fighting because one of my friends does judo and is saying that judo is the best way of fighting
Bo Nickal is one of the best wrestlers ever and he trains mma like crazy. Guys like him don’t come around too often, brock lesnar is also an example of a great wrestler who transitioned well into mma. Wrestling is the best base to have by far, they are able to transition into mma very efficiently
I had a mate who had been doing BJJ here in Australia for 2-3 weeks his born in Iran and started talking about how he didn’t know if he should represent Australia or Iran when he makes it to the UFC

You know being the optimist I am. I just want neon to grow up and if him getting into mixed martial arts and getting absolutely smashed by everyone is the what it takes then I'm for it. I've been training Brazilian, jiu-jitsu and MMA for the last 5 years. It has not been an easy journey.
It's best to ignore these kind of guys. I remember after he got humuliated on video he vowed to change and shaved his head. It took 2 weeks if not less time for him to go back to his old ways. Thats when i lost all hope for this kid and things have just become worse since then.
The only way I would last more than 2 seconds in a UFC octagon would be if I trained with the proper people, had enough self-discipline in all areas, and waited until I was ready. As it stands now, ANYONE I fought would be at me with 2 hits. Him hitting me and me hitting the floor. Game over. Having said that, I could beat this guy.
