Here once you are pregnant and have a child you need more than 1 bedroom, midwife checks, most landlords might not even let you stay, the best is to wait till you are stable enough to have another baby.

Me am a sumgle lady i have roommates, male or female i no care. All i need is background check and my rent and that u clean up after yourself. Now that i have a child, i dont want people who drink or smoke . Its a risk but ive been doing it since 2021. I have stories but overall i have loved it
There is a clause under every law and that includes the freedom of speech law. Anyone who wants to speak anyhow under that law should read the clause otherwise your freedom after the speech is in danger.
Honestly, we lease as well, but our preference is male. The trick for us is that we don’t even do like there’s anyone in our house. Even just going to the back of the house, my kids are coming as well. I can’t shout and I can’t shout.
