I take my geriotal liquid supplement twice every morning and for dinner 🥘 with with orange 🍊 🥤 with my oatmeal blueberries and raspberries
I am incorporatingthe liquidwith Ningxia Red supplement ( 2 Oz in 1 serving of the Geritol) I just have to stay consistent with it!😅

I'm currently taking gertiol too this is my 2 week of taking it and im seeing a difference already with my energy and im not so cold all the time.I'm severely anemic and vitamin D low the iron pills my doc gave me don't work the taste is nasty but worth taking cause it's helping my health improve thanks for sharing your journey with us it really helped me so much❤

I’ve never grown hair on my legs.. I pray I don’t start now and I’m 43 but I hope it makes my hair longer and stronger
Side note, laser hair removal isn’t permanent. The hair follicle is basically become dormant after laser treatment. You can except regrowth after a few years.

I just started Geritol for hair growth.
The liquid and the pill has different vitamins.
I’m taking the red Geritol tabs. Are they both as or have the same effectiveness?
@homehere9817 the pill is a multivitamin. Which overall helps with hair. The liquid has b vitamins, iron and niacin. Niacin helps stimulate growth, and iron would help your hair if you are deficient in it. My guess is to try each one at a time and see which works better.
I have been getting iron fusions so this will be a perfect transition. I have tried to take it before but lacked consistency and that taste! Mix with a lil pineapple juice and shoot it. Good to take with vitamin C i believe. I hear Floradix is good too....and Mary Ruth's. Maybe you can do a comparison video. I

@@Maryamjhampton You can use grape juice too. I use grape juice to kill the taste of the Geratol. It only takes a little grape juice.

I’m not sure. I only noticed the change when taking the liquid but the brown part is sort of long so it may have happened when I was taking the pill form.

I take high strength Vitamin C and I definitely feel that it helps my skin. Apparently you need Vitamin C to make collagen.

When my hair was cut it was shoulder almost bra strap and grew to waist length. It took 10 months on the Geritol multivitamin (pill)
@@Maryamjhampton My hair is completely natural, and I keep my hair in protective styling, such as crochet or spring twists. Could that be the hindrance in me not retaining length, even though I was taking hair growth pills for nearly a year?

Any bad side effects? Constipation
Some people do get constipated but I didn’t experience it. I eat a lot of fiber and that keeps me regular
@@MaryamjhamptonI have anemia and Ive had bad side effects with regular iron pills so I found some iron pills that are made from organic vegetables and seemed to do better with those but have never tried liquid forms of iron so might try it thank you 🙏🏽 kindly

I've been taking iron tablets for years and never had a problem with constipation, but I do eat a lot of vegetables.
Was your iron actually low prior to taking it or were your levels normal. I don’t have low iron but wonder if I can still take this liquid geritol
