My grandfather is allergic to MSG and all of its other forms. Causes him migraines. Kinda surprised I knew the answers to the questions and whether or not it was in the food they tasted. Grew up having to read the ingredients of foods for my grandpa lol
MSG is a compound of Sodium and Glutamic Acid (an amino acid). Your body produces MSG. You shouldn't worry about having an MSG allergy if you can eat anything from a can, a bag of chips, or Parmesan cheese without having symptoms.

I am shocked. I was taught as an adult to stay away from MSG bc it can cause headaches and other disruptions of the body. I read almost all of everything I buy. I try to eat foods with minimal to no msg. Am I the only one to feel this way?
