    Why do families throw their elderly away? I respect and cherish our seniors. Without them we wouldn’t be here…

      It has a lot about media encouraging self privacy ,and the self. And the governments not providing funding, and direction (histrical wisdom based) guidance in turning this tide or tragedy.

    Such a great idea. Nice to know there is a culture who actually care about their elders, unlike in this country.

      The reporter said that the guy’s grandkids don’t visit him. So it’s there too

      @@christinec.7917 yes he did. So the retirement home set these visits up for the elders. Homes in the US do not take the time to do that.

    And they get paid with diapers and ice cream. Great idea! Any nursing home around the globe ought to be doing this for their residents!

      But, I wish the government would also pay a robust stipend $$$ to the mom's that contribute to this cause-because everyone one needs support. Or ,the goverment should make it easy for mom's to help out , sooo everyone comes up.
