@@FREEDOMREDBIRD Yes! Goldenrod is good for urinary issues. Chamomile and mint teas are also good. They have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
Hey, may I ask what this tincture is supposed to smell like? Both jars I've made have a funky kind of smell when I open them up and give it a smell, almost like sulfur and it has gone off. I used 90 proof vodka, is it normal to have a smell like this? They are only 1 week old.
I let my flower tincture set for 6 weeks kept checking for signs of mold. None. This was my first try though and I was led to your video because I wanted to check what color it should be. Its on the lighter side like the ones you have pictured. Thanks !! And it tastes great when diluted with water.
I just discovered your channel. I liked and subscribed. I also made a Mamosa flower Tincher. I used brandy. I also did a Mamosa bark tincture and used 151 Everclear. thanks for sharing!
I got a freezer full of root, and plant bark and a couple Mason jars full of leaves, I'll get some sugar tomorrow and try chemical potentiation with it... although it works pretty good on its own.
That’s all cool stuff I’ll have to learn more! Thanks!
I love learning about medicinal herbs and plants.
Do you have any for urinary infection

You’re welcome ☺️
Interesting. I had no idea that mimosa was good for depression and anxiety. You're always teaching me something lol.
Yay! 🙂
Thank you for sharing this information. Can you harvest the mimosa bark at any time of the year for the tincture?
Yes, I believe so. I normally harvest when the flowers are blooming bc that’s when I think about it.
