I'm new here, but I love the content!!! Although, the 6 dollar slice would've bought you a WHOLE pizza at Little Caesar's, with arguably better results.
I think the prices of both of those pizzas are way too much and I eat pizza a lot. In the Ohio Valley where I live there are local square pizza with crispy crust that are still only $1.25 a piece with pepperoni that's pretty good. Lately I've been buying two medium pizzas from Pizza Hut for only $7 for each medium and I eat plenty of leftovers and put extra sauce on my leftovers even though my girlfriend eats some too.
Tip for anyone visiting NYC: if you go to a spot that doesn't have prices clearly published, make sure that you find out the price before you order! These places will try to hustle you and ask for whatever they think they can get. I once ordered a milkshake from an ice cream truck without thinking, and the guy wanted $10 for it. Don't let yourself get taken advantage of, no one should pay $6 for a slice of pizza ANYWHERE. The best pizza in Manhattan (IMO) is John's of Bleeker ($24/pie), best pizza in all 5 boroughs is Di Fara in Brooklyn ($5/slice). Joe's pizza in the village is an honorable mention as well!
