Jerry was a really sharp man. I miss him and I never knew him outside his public persona. But I still miss him. Here's somebody who had some good ideas and really knew how to express those ideas. Not to mention, a genuinely nice guy.
Jerry was so cool . He played my favorite character on B5 . I never got a chance to meet him but I have followed him since B5. The world lost a very smart man when he passed.
Look at the respect shown in the body language of Ms Tallman and Ms Christian - you can see that they both respect Mr Doyle even when he's on different sides of political viewpoints. This happens when a man has good morals and treats people with respect.
Didn't agree w/ Jerry 100% of the time but his show was almost always worth listening to and this bit here is a good example of where his head (and mine) was at.
If you stopped worrying about everything the media and our failed representatives tell you to worry about and just start helping your family and neighbors, and they do the same with theirs, eventually things would slowly get better for everyone.
I miss the 6-foot-2 ATM of Information. He had a way to get people to SEE that completely different world. People around me are familiar with the Grapefruit and the need to look past it.
Almost every site shows Jerry as 6'3" but he looked smaller in this interview. I wonder if he was getting tired and the impact of his alcoholism was hitting home.

Pat and Claudia. Lot of laughing and mmming but not yeah. Claims his politics are and aren't many things but he'd probably be described as right wing libertarian. Whatever his politics he was a great man and made babylon 5 what it was.
And yet those that use that quote are the first ones asking the government for help when a disaster hits then want to deny others government assistance.
Jerry would really be pissed to see where were at now. Rest In Peace Big Guy!
