This Canadian gal is making this into a baby blanket for the NICUs in hospitals in Alberta, Canada. These blankets are used for tiny babies weighing from 1.3lbs-5lbs

If I wanted to have both sides to be bubble'd, do I just do bubbles on the row of single crochets? Would that work?
