Being a doctor I like the way you try to inculcate some subtle healthy tweaks into the dishes without compromising on taste which is really impressive (may not be noticeable to all). And particularly this fish fry recipe is one of my most favs and just like Siva garu said I won't mind having it everyday on the side with my meal.
