My garelu burst sometime, people say that the batter is not supposed to coarsely ground. Any tips??
Beat the batter well for 10 mins with hands and just wipe your hands with water dont put batter with water in the oil.
If you add whole pepper in batter, they burst. Same happened to me also. Pepper must grind properly
Hello Neetha... try in wet grinder.. it comes properly than the mixer grinder if you dont have much experience grinding in mixer jars... for me anything comes perfectly.
