Madhu garu, properly explained by you for those who want to try biryani in restaurant style at home. what I've felt is rice proportionate is less I think bcoz the masala is dominating and whole rice is with masala while having and I used to add rock salt in boiling water instead of normal salt while cooking

@SivaMadhu Sorry but this is not authentic hyderabadi biryani. In authentic hyderabadi biryani the spices used are Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Shajeera only. Coriander powder, crushed pepper and other spices you used are not at all used in authentic hyderabadi biryani.
