Can I Get This ABUSED F-150 To Run Again?

Today, I get a neglected 1994 Ford F-150 running again.

The pins holding that shifter on are shot. That happened to mine going down the road.
Also you can get nice replacement ford keys on EBay. I got a pack of 6 for like $10.
