I had similar running gear problems with the Academy late King Tiger. I also discovered Dragon's lousy fit and instruction sheet when building one of their German halftracks.
Good update. Tiger turned out well. I found the DS tracks to be a bit long on the M7 Priest I build recently to be a bit long as well. I had to cut two links out and cement them together. Works fine for a M4/M3 type vehicle with live tracks, but would be a pain with a German vehicle. Anyway, it turned out great... well done.
I really enjoy your build reviews: Informative and straight to the point, and very helpful. I am tackling Panda's M-atv at the moment. I would love to hear some of your thoughts on that one!
Very late to this but I got the reboxed version (Wittmann's Last Tiger, 6800) that comes with Magic Track. Lots of good information here!
Hey man, better late than never. Thanks for watching.
Loverly build; nice tips along the way. Looking forward to the paint job.

Thanks Gilbert. Shooting a series of videos on painting and weathering German WW2 vehicles.

Dragon is really missing the mark with the directions and DS tracks for sure.

Thanks Brett. No idea why Dragon can't get their tracks right.

Thanks, bagueley. I am afraid I don't have any experience with Panda
kits, and I haven't built any modern armor since about 1988!
