If you dont have that path. Then you need to add that path.
Goto
-Drive C
-Program Files
-Java
-jdk(version)
-bin
Copy the path
OPen Environment Variable
Under System Variable search Path
Edit Path
Add PAth
Paste The path
Move it to top.

Yeah.
There must be jre and jdk folder.
But you have to go to jdk >> bin
If you dont have jdk then you might have not installed jdk (Java Developmemnt Kit)
Download latest jdk version.
Install it.
jdk Folder will be automatically created.
Inside jdk folder you will get folder named bin.

If you are using any other IDE (like Eclipse), then try to open with Eclipse. You might not have set default program to open .java file.
