I enjoy your videos Barrie and your enthusiasm for Land Rovers , just a suggestion but could you say a model like this with this sort of mileage and condition will set you back and give us a ball park figure. I’m not saying the exact figure your company is asking but an estimate that gives the viewer some understanding of the value of the vehicle you’re reviewing
I used to do that but then somebody would watch the video about 5 years later and accuse us of trying to rip people off, but at the time they are released on youtube they are also on our website www.ggcars.co.uk so you can check them out on there if that helps, ps thanks for watching and i do appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment and suggestions 👍
Your comments about the standard of driving equate with my own. Unfortunately those only come with age and experience. Of course that old adage regarding “Common Sense “ similarly applies. 👍🏴
@@GrosvenorGarage Yes, my daughter spent time training in Preston at Preston Royal as a Hospital Doctor. However, I’m afraid that stupid and inconsiderate driving is commonplace. Had they learned and driven with slower non electronic vehicles they might have realised their own and their vehicles limitations. Younger drivers think that they are good drivers because their electronic aids mostly mask their errors. Nice to hear the accent having spent nearly fifty years in exile in Yorkshire!.
Hi Barrie. Love your videos and am trying to choose between two Range Rovers and thought i’d ask for your opinion. The cars I’m looking ar are a 2015 4,4 diesel 2015 autobiography and a 2018 p400 hybrid autobiography. Both cars with about 50k miles. The p400 has excecutive rear seats with massge and all the bells and whistles. The 2015 has most options but not everything like the p400. Both cars cost the same. What would be your choice?
Very nice car, this one! Another comment has spurred me on to ask - in your career in motor sales, have you ever had a car where you've not been able to part with it and kept it for yourself?
I’ve had some great cars in my life, the one i miss most wasn’t one of mine it was one i hired a few years ago to drive along the Amalfi coast, it was a 68 Alfa Romeo Duetto Spyder I have pretty much the same outlook as Robert De Niro’s character in “Heat” Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner The only thing i have ever got really attached to was my dog “Dino” had him 17 years, he died sixteen years ago and i still miss him every single day 🥲
@@BarrieCrampton Italian cars do work their way in there I think, so that is totally understandable! I guess your outlook is needed I suppose, in doing what you do - it was a childhood dream of mine to become a car salesman in some way, but now, I've seen both how difficult the job itself can be, and how my picky nature would have me bankrupt, in the way I'd prep even the cheapest of cars, I don't think the job would be one I could do! What is also understandable is losing a family pet and how that affects you - it never leaves you either, I guess we've all a soft centre somewhere beneath the hard exterior!
@@IfInDoubt.. I have the same problem when it comes to prepping cars, and its why i will never be a millionaire but i can sleep soundly in my bed, my Partner often says "were not selling new cars you know!"
@@BarrieCrampton I have picked up that impression when watching your videos, I have to say! I'll say this now - sadly, I may have some inheritance coming my way, and having totally turned into a Land Rover snob after buying my first Evoque, should I have enough cash, I'll be straight on to your website!
Brilliant car to drive and own ive had my 2015 vogue 3.0 v6 for 7 years now and to this day i still enjoy driving and admiring it.
they are fantastic
Also - you did well to contain what you wanted to come out with when that camera dropped off the window 😂😂
Everyone knew what i was thinking though 🤣

No better car apart from a new one
this is a rather nice car, and you could have at least 2 of these for the price of a new one
Now that’s a total Boss suv 🔥 if only it was all blacked out 🙌🏼
49mins! ! ! We know why.
I was skiving and joyriding 😊
