    I have a hypno client that hates me now because he can't eat 99% of food prepared out because it is so salty. He has to request it to be prepared without all the extra salt. pizza he has to order without sauces because the sauces are so salty... but he's lost 65 pounds and has kept it off for a year now and he no longer takes blood pressure medication. The hypnotherapy that I do includes going into the reasons why you programmed your brain for the habits you want to change. That made his changed his outlook on food permanently. he literally spits food out if it is salty.

    My life is changed thanks to this, THANK YOU!!!
    I’m an X boxer and I’ve spent over a decade since yo-yo dieting, just the stress relief of this video alone is revolutionary. The rest is a bonus, like actually enjoying what I eat 🥰

    I am lucky to have grown up in culture where we naturally love eating healthy, like lots of vegetables, greens, fruit, pulses, beacuse we get exposed to them from young age. I am Armenian, btw. and our diet is part Mediterranean - part Middle Eastern. We also eat healthy dairy - natural youghurt, cottage cheese, other rype of artisanal cheeses, nuts, dry fruit, clarified butter (ghee).

      I will look up your cultural foods. I love both middle eastern dishes and Mediterranean but I didn't know Armenian culture has both.

    Eating consciously is going to make a big difference for me. I already eat when I am hungry and I eat what I like.

    So…basically eat intuitively? A lot of these “golden rules” seem familiar to a book on intuitive eating I read earlier this year.

    • @MysticRiver123
      @MysticRiver123 3 месяца назад +1

      I agree this is just another intuitive eating program. It is lacking the new science about our hormones and feeling full along with other biological things. I think some of what he shares can be used but it’s not the whole story.

    • @KiwiBee21
      @KiwiBee21 22 дня назад

      @@MysticRiver123reverting to eating intuitively requires a return to consciousness. Mindlessly eating is problematic. Modern food environments are at odds with our genetics. Evolution

      Don’t be ridiculous. Carnivore diet is not healthy for you or the poor animals you are eating. The only reason it seems healthy is because you give up sugar and processed foods. You can do that on a vegan diet.
