I have a hypno client that hates me now because he can't eat 99% of food prepared out because it is so salty. He has to request it to be prepared without all the extra salt. pizza he has to order without sauces because the sauces are so salty... but he's lost 65 pounds and has kept it off for a year now and he no longer takes blood pressure medication. The hypnotherapy that I do includes going into the reasons why you programmed your brain for the habits you want to change. That made his changed his outlook on food permanently. he literally spits food out if it is salty.
My life is changed thanks to this, THANK YOU!!! I’m an X boxer and I’ve spent over a decade since yo-yo dieting, just the stress relief of this video alone is revolutionary. The rest is a bonus, like actually enjoying what I eat 🥰
I am lucky to have grown up in culture where we naturally love eating healthy, like lots of vegetables, greens, fruit, pulses, beacuse we get exposed to them from young age. I am Armenian, btw. and our diet is part Mediterranean - part Middle Eastern. We also eat healthy dairy - natural youghurt, cottage cheese, other rype of artisanal cheeses, nuts, dry fruit, clarified butter (ghee).
Awesome Paul it makes so much sense to eat consciously! Im so glad you make these pods for people who need help. WAY better than reading a boring book! Keep up the good work. ❤ Thank you your enthusiasm is contagious
I agree this is just another intuitive eating program. It is lacking the new science about our hormones and feeling full along with other biological things. I think some of what he shares can be used but it’s not the whole story.

Yes he has videos on it, I just found the dude and I used one of his self meditations For anxiety from not having what I need to pay my bills, and I have to say it totally changed my thought pattern.
Don’t be ridiculous. Carnivore diet is not healthy for you or the poor animals you are eating. The only reason it seems healthy is because you give up sugar and processed foods. You can do that on a vegan diet.
1. Eat when youre hungry
2. Eat what you want
3. Eat consciously
4. Stop eating when Full

Now he can reprogram to eat moderate but enjoy all 5 tastes...

I will look up your cultural foods. I love both middle eastern dishes and Mediterranean but I didn't know Armenian culture has both.

So…basically eat intuitively? A lot of these “golden rules” seem familiar to a book on intuitive eating I read earlier this year.

How old is this promgram?
It’s pretty old! I’ve told sooo many people about this guy’s methods ever since I first saw it on tlc in like 2007ish
He speaks like he is on a game show
I thought that too 🤭.
Tv producers insist on it. They think that's the only way to keep your 2-second long attention span.
First. I hope so.
It’s not a fucking contest😃
She doesn't need to lose weight 😂
Can u make me very wealthy ?

Me too, I need to become wealthy.
Thank you! I really appreciate this video! 🙏🌺
❤ Also, try the carnivore diet. It works miracles, takes away all your cravings.
I do not like meat...or fish
I prefer to leave cruelty off my plate.

Aren’t you rich enough to quit the ads?!
😂😂😂
Brave browser
You do realise the ads pay the tv workers, producers, etc. don't forget the workers.
I am rich enough to quit the ads, that’s why I pay for premium. It’s an abundance mindset. Hating on rich people keeps you to poor to pay for premium.
