    hi there ! yes numbness of upper limbs may be caused by lifting weights especially overhead...the problem usually is the high muscle tension in Your chest and shoulder area. star doing this exercise and look for changes after 2-3 min stretching

    These particular stretches have given me some relieve! I get the tingling when I lean forward so strange but after doing the stretches once I feel like less numbness like blood is flowing properly. Thank you for these stretches!

    Bro thank you sooo much I didn’t do it to long but it’s my neck I’m 27 with a neck spasm I lift heavy 5 days a week and started feeling tingling in my hands but this helped relieve most of it I’m going to a physical therapist this week but this is amazing thank you!!

    This is great! I have had rt shoulder and arm pain for 5 yrs. Went through physical therapy and massage therapy.

    I used to workout and hardly ever stretch. I thought i damaged my arms because they were always numb. I bench press for about 15 years and my chest muscles are large and cause me to lean forward and shoulders to lean . This stretch has helped me, as i really think that that was causing my arm numbing pain. Thank you

    Amazing stretches, after one try my neck feels amazing and my arms are far less tingly. Can't wait to see what happens after doing them continuously for a couple of weeks! Thank you for sharing!

    Even though this was done seven years ago I just found it it’s only going to save me at 6+months of Shoulder neck pain and numbness when I sleep my hands my arm just opened up my chest right away and help me read better and gave me relieve which I had to write and said thank you🙏🏻👍🏻 hopefully you would do more helpful videos

    I've been in pain in my shoulders for weeks and my left hand has been going to sleep for what seemed to be no reason, especially in a vehicle like you mentioned. After doing these stretches only one time, I can already feel improvement. I hope to remember to do these stretches daily and look forward to increased mobility and improvement. Great job.     Finally, answers which make sense. Been blaming paresthesia (severe) to arms / hands on cervical bone spurs...my job is on a computer, 2-3 hour stretches, 2 or 3 times day! at times can hardly hold the 'mouse' - or a pencil! Severe painful numbness during the night. Palms itch every day...I hope I will be able to come back to this spot to report on progress after using these two therapeutic avenues for a couple of weeks.

    That’s it , man I have been suffering for months with this numbness.there is still a little bit on the tip of my thumb. But the whole arm is gone.great job marek thanks

      @@dwood3557 No prior injury that I'm aware of. One day my index finger went numb and so began months of numbing, tingling and stiffness throughout my forearms. I do suspect that it could have originated from thoracic outlet syndrome due to years of poor posture.

    Today while training my chest the index finger of my left hand went numb and I didnt know what cause it, i think it was some kind of mineral imbalance but now i know! Thank you very much ( sorry for my bad english )

    Wow this is the best my arm has felt all year. have had a numb hand for 10 months with no sign of relief. found it hard to sleep, or use my arm for anything. as I type this after just two go's at the wall exercise I can feel good tingliness and relief. will be sure to edit my comment in a few days with an update, I could almost cry I'm so hopeful and excited.

    I have numbness on only one arm. When doing those stretches I cannot even put my elbow straight on the wall, without pain, but can feel that stretch. My right arm, I have no issue. Thank u for this video. I will incorporate this in daily routine.

    Hi Marek,I am wondering, I assume this should work for me. I am not sure wha tit is suddenly last week and for a full week my right arm has gotten tingly usually in the lower arm mainly, a little in the upper, it comes and goes, it never lasted that long before ever. I would call it a combo of numbness and/or tingly not sure exactly. now I do play lots of volleyball and I did play last sunday night, perhaps I did something, as I am right handed when I swing at the ball and such things. I'll try these excercises for a while. but if you have any more insights, let me know. now my diet wasn't great for about 3-4 weeks due to the holidays although just before that I got my blood levels down from a high sugar level, down to a good one but I doubt in 3 weeks even if it went back up again that would really do that. I don't recall it doing that before when it was high so anyway. thanks!

    I started very physical repetitive job and my whole right arm from shoulder joint to all my fingers gets numb. Even when I’m having my meal at the table. Will this stretch helps?

    Thanks so much! This helped a lot. I didn't even know that my palms itching was related to the numbness I was having. I am a side sleeper. I've tried putting a pillow under my arms to that my arm doesn't fall down like that but wake up in the position you described in the beginning. Can you recommend anything to help me prevent this position during sleep?

      Heidi D stretch systematicly and it sholud also improve durning sleep. It takes 2-3 weeks of exercising to bring serious changes

    can this side of neck and chest tightness cause pain behind shoulder (far up where upper traps meet shoulder, and cramping and aching between shoulder and shoulder blade), and gets worse when lifting arm up? I have tingling in little finger and same side elbow

    Hi Marek- I'm so glad I found this video, otherwise i would think that I am seriously ill.
    I had crazy thoughts about signs of heart attacks and strokes, but it didn't knock me down yet. I started to have this condition ever since I started my new job lifting heavy objects all day. Are my blood vessels or nerves actually crushed? That sounds kind of scary. Please advise..

    hands numb for over 30 days,i do have L5s1 spurs/arthritis,one doc says i need EMG,but im not going there-- has to be something else,ill try this and other natural stuff,not sure why this numbness, dont have diabetes-thank you for this, any other tips?

    Hey if anyone can help me I would highly appreciate it, I just did a 25k hike with a 120lb pack and the last 5k I had tightened my left strap and my arm went completely dead the last 5k which was about an hour or maybe a little less. Point is it's been a week and now i have a numb hand which feels like pins and needles. I talked to a coremen in the navy and he said I probably pinched a nerve. I went to the gym a couple times and now my left arm is so much weaker I can barley lift anything with it.

      Go easy with this, increase gradually. Maybe stop for some time now.
