shia was like “ why didn’t you? why didn’t you?” and then “can’t you do it now?” and mads was like “no you can’t ...-“ something. he sounded pretty calm. they’re not arguing/fighting, i think shia just comes off that way haha
They're talking about a place, though the "where" of it in the city they're in is not clear in the conversation, the word "monument" is mentioned. Possible they were talking about doing pick-up shots (shots done after the normal dailies are shot). Maybe Shia was trying to figure out why they couldn't do it at that time of night (conjecture: permits for shooting generally are time sensitive 'between x:xx a.m. and x:xx p.m. etc.) They're shooting in Europe and if Shia has not done much work in Europe he may have been applying American rules of shooting a scene or whatever they're talking about to shooting in a location like Bucharest, Romania, where they are shooting at the time this candid was filmed, it would have been for the movie The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman) and Mads is trying to explain why they're not doing it, or can't because of filming permits or whatever the issue is.
Is Shia picking a fight with sweet Mads? Can't hear what they are saying.
I know it sounds sounds stupid but id like to think (because the way they are tensing up) their both tripping on some good acid or molly.

Shia's body language and attitude seems rather agressive and insisting.
To me, this dosen't look like a friendly, pleasent conversation on his part.
