- WAS HARD WORK DRIFT FISHING JUST OFF HASTING'S FOR DABS AND WHITING AND THE PRIZED COD
So far it's been a hard winter to get out on the boat and fish. Given the small window in the weather we managed to get afloat and test the water it's been 3 months since we last went to sea. With the wind coming off the land and bitterly cold it made sense to fish local was a mixed bag of whiting /dogfish not a dab or prized cod to be seen. Yet reports of cod and dabs coming up on the beach that's fishing for you. A good fish was lost by my friend mark gutted

Hi was nice to get on the water again been a long time as for the fishing it was poor very slow out there at the mo roll on march tight lines
what do you reckon ,, that guy in yellow had on,,, it looked rather heavy, way that rod was bending
