My Dad (a lifelong United fan) bumped into Carlo Ancelotti at a hotel in Miami during Chelsea’s pre-season. They met in an elevator and had a small chat, but over the whole weekend Carlo would come up to my Dad at breakfast and they’d chat for 10 or 15 minutes, a really class act.
