As someone who paused their PhD program before getting to my third year (I was still in the coursework phase), this is an absolute Godsend! I always wanted to finish my doctorate, and have been doing research on my own for the past few months. With your guidelines, I can write a mock dissertation this November for NaNoWriMo! And once identified, how to read up further in order to write a proposal or statement of purpose. Keep the videos coming :)

Some times one reference is fitting into more subheadings and so it is saved multiple times. Is it correct way? Or how can it be done more systematically
What is the purpose of reviewing related literature and studies? How can it help in problem identification? When should it start and why? Madam?? can you help me answer this?

You could either copy them or make multiple "section" subheadings and order by the first then the second :)
