- Shout out to Eyesuck at Gaming: / channel
for posting his team video about Ground Faulty, a recently-respec'd Stone / Electric Tank that highlights his attempts at granite-less tanking.
Great action in Cimerora against incarnate-level mobs using fully unlocked incarnate level shifts and powers. Tough fights with all the Warshad epowers flying from the infected Cimerorans who pledged loyalty to the Nictus.
I think we have all watched your video and enjoyed your comments. Paul (Eyesuck) was totally right about what he said. We all are pretty much like minded in that we just love to play, enjoy each other's company and really aren't concerned about dying. That's what the hospital is for.😁 It is a great community and I consider myself lucky to have found such a great group to play with. Loved the video and keep up the great content.
I'm glad you enjoy my content. It's fun to see how others react to the game. I'm going to be doing some more reaction vids in the coming weeks, so I'll eventually circle back around to the Intenders and showcase you guys more.
This totally made my day. Thanks!!!
Krankenschwestor (German for nurse,) had been playing a Sentinel for the last few weeks. So the first few mobs, I think she forgot she was a Defender. She was rolling right in hot lol.
We play Fridays, and Saturdays 8:30 (eastern.) Would love to have you join if you are bored.
Glad I could help!
Thanks for checking out our channel! You can't call a channel "Eyesuck at Gaming" and call your supergroup "The Intenders" and not expect any criticsm regarding gameplay. Please don't read my notes and feel I am in any way defensive... more explanation:
1. I thought WE were gyyv's only family! I think we may be his fourth, but I have no complaints. Glad to have him at any time.
2. Our stalker was level 30-something with SOs, our thermal defender was an unplayed fresh 50 for nearly 2 years with no sets.
3. Both said stalker and said defender have very little sense of self preservation, wouldn't have them any other way.
4. In general our "usual" group is very aggressive. If I don't get in front of them, they will scatter to go maim themselves or others.
5. We have limited time to play given the two babies, so I tend to push the pace to keep us moving through slog missions.
6. Even pushing the pace I am often the 3rd or 4th to the next group of mobs.
7. Line of Sight pulls would be perfect , but see point 4... pulls don't tend to make it around the corner without needing to re-aggro.
8. Fold Space is great but situational with a 100' radius and a 16-mob cap. If I have 10 things on me, the most I'll pull is another 6 things.
9. Aggro cap is 17. Taunting one group, ranged AoE on another while surrounded releases the oldest things on the aggro list.
10. With a very high global recharge, there's always at least 2 single target, 2 PBAoE, and 2 ranged AoE attacks available! (I've got a couple tied to keybinds which aren't in the powers bar)
Your comment about depending too much on Granite armor was spot on, though the build I was tweaking was intended to run in Granite 24/7. (LOADS of run speed, global recharge, etc). I'm in the very beginning stages of creating the pricey non-granite build (Or at most Granite as the "oh crap!" button)
All in all, loved listening to your comments and suggestions! I could always play better, make better pulling and aggro choices, pick more varied missions, and a disciplined well-equipped group could definitely handle more difficult content more elegantly. We've got some honestly top notch players slumming with us every week. (I'm not one of them)
We're pretty casual. We tease at each other about stupid mistakes made, laugh about some awful team wipes, and leave at the end with war stories about failed task forces. It's low-key, bring who you want, play what you want, win.. lose... for me, with this group, it's always fun and I thank them for that.
Thanks again for putting the time in to do the deep dive! Come join us sometime!
@eyesuckattgaming No offense taken or meant. I'm armchair quarterbacking with the ability to pause and rewind.
The fun for me is analyzing and discussing tactics. I'm looking for ways to improve my own play as well as sharing with the community.
I appreciate you posting vids for us to share your fun and for me to dissect. I learned a lot about the Cimmy updates watching you all, so thanks.
Keep up the good work!
@@darkcurrent2083 None taken! If anything it helped me appreciate the imperfections of our group even more, which is a humorous result. Thanks for all the good suggestions though!
