6. J dilla
10. DJ Premier
20. Q-Tip
11. The Alchemist
12. 9th Wonder
Organized noise? Dj quick? No id?
@@t-god2439 both producers. On homerable mentions
Can’t believe he left off Prince Paul!
No dre? No Timbo....ok. but Pharrell GOT to be number 1. Name a rapper from 98-2010 biggest song....who produced it?
beautful list!!!!!!!!!
Bro put Metro on here before Dr. Dre and Timbaland. I mean don't get me wrong Metro is arguably up there, but before Dre or Timbaland? Yea nah
If not the greatest then atleast dr dre is top 3 producers of all time bro... period st
yeah my top 3 is also ye dilla and madlib
Seeing Metro Boomin being listed higher than Q-Tip just hurts, but I agree with most of your takes
End of the video, Kanye wouldn't be in my top 10 if you don't recognise cultural relevance
Id take Tyler off and put organized noise on here
No. Tyler stays.
@@jeremyusreevu237 nah organized noise is more prolific than Tyler and simply more legendary than him. Also Tyler isn’t the only one who produces most of his track. Big K.R.I.t . Also produces most of his tracks as well
THE FOCAL PROJECT 😉
I’m gonna be on this list one day
Dr dre, honourable mention? He brought up artists like: 50 cent, the game, eminem, snoop dogg, 2 pac, eazy e, ice cube etc...
Pharell literally said Timberland is better than himself...
There would be no drake without 40 & boi1da
Rick Rubin should be #1 on any top producers list
Everyone forgets about Rick he stays out the spotlight
Rick Rubin doesn’t play any music… he said It himself
Nah, he’s a vibes dude but he doesn’t produce. He openly admits that.
I suppose Dre wasn’t actually the most talented but he was close to being,if not the most influential producer in hip hop.
So many producers throughout the history of hip hop & everyone has mentioned a lot of different ones but definitely two that’ll probably never get brought up are DJ QBert & DJ Clark Kent. They’re definitely some of the best in hip hop production.
Just Blaze, Dj Dahi, Timbo, Wondagurl, Clams, Danger Mouse, Terrace Martin, Pete Rock, Havoc, Boi-1da, Sounwave...? Literally, any of these producers are better than Tyler (if not more influential and innovative) and they barely get an honorable mention. & this coming from a die-hard Tyler fan. Come on bra.
What of DJ Drama, Zaytoven, Pierre Bourne, Southside, Lex Luger, Tay Keith, Daytrip, J. Cole, Internet Money, Rack City?
Where's Prince Paul? The Bomb Squad? Rick Rubin? This fella needs to listen to more music
He’s a 2000s baby lol
This recency bias is crazyyy
Amazing Drip ❤️
I’d replace Dre with Tyler tbh
No disrespect to Tyler…. but c’mon, the catalogue behind Dre’s work and how he influenced the sound of the entire west coast for a period of time is INSANE
I know he was an honorable mention. But how did Dre not make the top 10? In my opinion I would have put him at number 1. But each to there own. Also what about rick Rubin?
Rick Rubin isnt a producer
Pretty sure he was
who we gon act like dre didn’t impact or influence and changed the game with his production for hip-hop but Tyler and Metro are over him?
Pete Rock not being in here is crazy, he is top 3 easy, top 1
and petestrumentals is the best instrumental album oat
The dude who made this list was probably born in the 2000s
DJ QUIK!! 🐐💯
