I just received a doll on my birthday, ordered it before Christmas. Open it up and half her entire face up is GONE... it chipped off somehow.. even worse my grandma died a few weeks ago, so I had no way to contact them from her account.. I'm devastated..

That's horrible. The fact that the shipping company (I presume that it wasn't sent broken) would handle it in such a way that it would break so badly. I agree with Yae No, contact them and tell them what happened, I'm sure they would send new parts or give a refund if they knew what happened.

Mommy&DollLife the wig is supposed to show that she's like outside and like "one with nature". They made her hair look like that on purpose.
