I have never been able to make good cornbread. I think I found some of my problems to correct watching this video. For one, I was not putting near enough butter or shortening in the skillet to keep it moist and keep it from sticking. I was also not putting enough flour in the mix. I'm going to apply the stuff I've learned and see if it helps.
