Let's work on Schefflera Bonsai. Dwarf Umbrella tree.. Interesting and engaging video. I support your video. Watched the video July 20, 2022 very like. Thank you so much
Just picked up a Schefflera from the grocery store - was cheap so thought I would see how it turns out. Love the look of your tree. I've subscribed for future updates :)
I looove how diff plants 🌱 have their own vibe going on .. like their own little personality. This one looks so mystic.. I wonder if we have it here in Hawai’i? 🤓🤔
I agreed! I think each plants got their own vibe and personality. I would think you would have them there in Hawai'i! It is called an Hawaiian Umbrella plant so it would be strange if it doesn't grow in Hawaii.
Great tree! Any idea how old it is? I think mine is about 2 yrs old. It’s about 1 ft tall but doesn’t have much branching. :( maybe I should trunk chop mine.
@mang Tarka It really depends on the species, where you live, and how you grow it. Tropical generally grow faster and can be developed well in a few short years with great starting materials, though may still needs to be refined over the years. It is a living art and will always be changing. I usually grow my materials out in large pot to let it thicken and mature quickly before I start training and refining it in a bonsai pot.
