Today, we show you how to make one of Korea's favorite Summer soups called Dak Hanmari. In Korea, it translates to one whole chicken! The broth is simple but incredibly deep-and-soothing. It's popular during the summer to replenish the energy you lose by sweating... and sweating...and sweating.
Today, we'll accompany our soup with Chef Baek Jong Won's incredibly-tasting dipping sauce. And then use the leftover chicken broth to make a bowl of Kalguksu noodles. Sounds amazing no?

I love how everything you make looks homemade and easy for me to follow. I know a lot of cooks on here go all out trying to make pretty videos and make their food look like works of art, but I'm not here for that. I just wanna eat it, not display it lol. Your videos always look like everyday home cooking, and I appreciate it so much. I also adore the both of you, you're so real.

I usually don't comment on videos, but I follow you for quite a long time.
I am really attached to Korea and gastronomy, so your videos are really special to me.
To much information, but I struggle with anxiety and the really positive, friendly style helps me a lot with that too!
    Greetings from Hungary :)

hey neighbor, I've been watching the hell out of your videos and I'm going to go to my local korean market on thursday to pick up gulbi, bulgogi beef, some mushrooms, noodles, mul, perilla, soft tofu, korean chillis, and so many more. It's awesome that a lot of the ingredients preserve well and are so comforting. What's even more awesome is that your recipes are so delicious looking and your content is inspiring. Thank you, neighbor. I'm glad to be a part of your community.

probably the ingredient i miss the most is also the simplest: spring onion. Where I live they're almost impossible to find for some reason, alot of places sell something they _call_ spring onions but they're just basic green onions/scallions and not the thick flavorful spring onions like Koreans get. Why can I find marijuana and guns easier than spring onions? Madness.
