Dude, kinda cool to see you out here in the wild commenting. I am 38 years old and love your videos. I watch your channel every week when you post a new one, and that shit helps motivate me to go skate!! Appreciate you and keep killin' it, man!!
So...when are the Maurio mccoy signature trucks coming? Ive got alot of kids in my city that talk about this custom setup. Bushings and hanger/baseplateswap. (Honestly Kids love this dude, and they are always approaching him. Watchinghim. Talking about him.) I do believe they would sell good. Personally im sticking to tenor. But i do see a market for them and figured i would mention it. And i really want to help the kids who cant afford to buy all the separate trucks and Bushings to make this exact setup. Leave no child behind, you know?
Sick video ,favorite skater right now ! I have two doubts here: 1.Indys sells that 149 is for 8.5 boards, why Braden says 151 has better fit ? ( I ride 149 with 8.5 :) ) 2. This would be just Braden preference, but why he rides the pig combo wheels the other way around is supposed to ride? is not the benefit of that wheel the lock in on the inside for rails and round outside for better 360 flips? ( sorry if I'm peaky but love to know all the set ups details)
I love my Indys a bit wider than the deck. 0"125 wider is perfect. I can see the wheels on the line of the rail of the deck. I feel better, confident, stable.
I'm pretty sure wheels are symmetrical and don't have different profiles on opposite edges (although that could be cool!). people flip the graphic inside so the wheels have a more cohesive look, especially when filming.
@@mo-kw6pethe pig combos are asymmetrical so one side is round and one side is conical. There are a good mount of asymmetrical wheels out there like the Oj Mini Combo, Spitfire Lock-ins, Powell nano cubic and nano rat. Asymmetrical wheels are really awesome and the lock in side can be a total game changer.
I find that interesting also, but I understand why people do it. If you match your truck axle width to your board width, you wheels are a good amount inside of your board. The nuts on the axle are 1/4” and you wheel sits inside of those plus you have some thread showing typically so on an 8.5 deck with 8.5 axle trucks, your wheels are probably 1/4” inward on each side, where if you ride a bigger truck like an 8.75, it’ll push your wheels out a little bit so it’ll feel more stable and less tippy. That’s what I like about the nano cubics, since they are offset, your wheels alight to the edge of your axle so you get stability, and more hangar space for grinds.
Maybe because he rides Stage 5's. Maybe 6's and 7's too. I rode Stage 5's and 7's when Stage 10's came out. I ride Stage 11's since 2014 and I love them.
aight no more thunders then lol I hated the baseplate being so short anyway. you guys gotta put the old logo back on because that woke shit got me on thunders in the first place!
I like how he rides the trucks wider than the deck…and the combo wheels backwards…kid is confused but whatever works for him…8.5 deck on 149 trucks make a perfect primo but hey to each their own
159s actually fit an 8.5 perfectly. the length of the axle is not the width of the truck. over half an inch of the axle length is just the nuts and washers. a 149 indy even with conical wheels, only measures 8.25 from wheel edge to wheel edge.

have you skated aces? I was thinking of getting some for my deerman shape (basically like an 80's shape but with concave) just to try something new. it's 9" over the wheels, so gonna need some pretty big trucks. I may just get hollow mids again for the set up, as I love them on my street board, but been saying I will try out some more brands for trucks and wheels, recently. Been indie and spitfire for life.
wtf w sound???🙃
“Skateboarding is hard enough, make it a little easier & get some Indy’s” - lowkey brilliant marketing

Hey Indy, can you play the audio of what Braden says please?
That backside flip up the four was fucked!
Braden is the best :) Defiantly my SOTY pick this year! 🔥❤
You need to fix the OIA on this video.
What's up with the audio? Can't hear anything he's saying.
Ohh so it's not me
That was finny as hell 😂
He says Indys are not that good.
He said Ventures are the best

When’s the night part dropping??
Thrasher said September 6th I believe
This dude has the lightest feet in the game right now and rides an absolute boat of a board🤯
8.5 all day.

That park is so glossy
These cali parks be butttery af was just at echo skate park yesterday at night you can see the thin layer of dust on the glossy floor
Great audio!!!!
I got 149 stage 11's (hollow mids) How wide is his board then? must be pretty big. I ride an 8.25, and find the 149's to be ideal.
Best fool
I think he said the thunders are pretty good
I like that version of the new logo. throw that on a hoody, and I'd buy it. 3:34

Can you fix the audio? because I can't even hear what he's saying
Someone at NHS please Fix KRUX. They’re like Indy’s odd little brother, 👩 he just doesn’t fly right. In this case he doesn’t turn well either.
...odd little brother, so true. Would love to ride KRUX if they had an Indy geometry. But they feel more like Thunders.
When the development of a truck is so costly that you can't afford stereo.

Real ones ride Venture lows
You mean skaters from the nineties which are now middle aged men!lol I have a pair😮
Hell yeah!
Venture low lights = best trucks
low trucks are the worst thing ever, yet I'm middle aged now

Whatsup with this dudes unibrow? He obviously plucks them but leaves the unibrow???
Riding 8.75" trucks on an 8.5" board would drive me fucking crazy BUT I am a terrible skater and old and Braden rips so what the fuck do I know?
