girls, I need to say this: the best thing about your channel is you do not invalidate our wanting for our people. You just make it a minor thing is this journey. You do not ask us to forget about them altogether, you just say to us: the reality of this connection is you are already together and if you truly align with soul for you they will be there too, but that is so not the point. And we can truly release it when we are validated you know? Because I’ve heard from other teachers to simply put that all aside and just focus on my spiritual journey. And, in the end of the day, yes, the results are similar, the process is the same, but when we try to simply ignore the addictive energy and the stories instead of, okay, I acknowledge you, that was real, but I do not need you anymore because I’m living in the present moment… At least for me that’s what made a more genuine shift possible, and I want to truly thank you for that. Whenever I catch myself getting wrapped up in a story, thinking about the past, or imagining what it will be like if or when he comes back in, I ask myself: Who am I without this story?? Mind stops. And I'm immediately at peace.

Joanna this was all the words I cried and said like please just let us walk way please . But my soul knows he’s my person. And he ca walk way from anyone but me he can’t.
But listening to this just made me cry I don’t trust him it hurts . I can’t trust he won’t wake up and walk away again. And he lied for months and he didn’t have to we weren’t together. This video shows why I’m stuck in the story. I’m hurt I’m scared and can’t fully trust as before.

I have a question. I want to release my TF and I want to reclaim my energy to my self, so I have sent them a message to explain what is TF in term of spiritual awakening, I want to give them the chance to make their choice, and I have no expectations of this as now it's up to them, I want to Chanel my energy to my self, I am not sure if that's the right action but I have done it to empower my self. Is this why we’re in separation? or is this choosing myself? I know our connection is of the soul but there is a body and a mind too, as feminines , we need to have boundaries no? Like -- I used to feel so insecure not letting go of his 3D self - by accepting all his things and still giving “all of me” and yeah- I realize I was in push and needing his validation or love to feel whole and complete.
