Why is it so difficult to surrender. I've been trying for years.

I have to share this it will help u take them off the pedistal.. I use to have a special ring tone for my person .. an when I would hear the ring tone I would instantly get anxious.. so I changed it back to the default ring tone for all incoming call an this have helped me balance .

I wrote this as a reminder to myself being on this magical journey. It was a dream coming true, the day that i found you. Shedded my soul, like an animal shedding it fur when summer comes through. I fell in a big black whole crying out loud. Feeling despare, and i didn't know why. I got up, i pushed through. Through 3d in my dreams, i found you back. Didn't know how, didn't why. Everything felt like it was all a lie. Magically as it all is my angels guiding me ever step of the way, angelsnumbers all around. Stepping ahead, staying true to myself, trying to stand my ground. Is all i really had to do. I know now i am you, you are me. A twin to the core, now i know what this connection was made for. I am no longer alone as i always was growing up. I am getting stronger, choosing me over and over again. I might cry again every now and than. But i know deep down inside, i am kind. i am a soul and not my mind. This journey might be hard but so am i, standing a soul tall as one, will aways push me to keep going on.

This is so hard because as soon as I started working on myself he came back around and I got addicted again in my mind, I want to get back into working on myself - I want to learn to balance so bad

One of my biggest confusions is how to live in the moment and get done the things you need to get done. For instance, I have to move back to my small condo next spring and in order to do that I have to downsize. 3 people have moved out of my current residence and left things in boxes in the garage/basement, etc. I don't feel like going through all of these boxes, but if I don't I won't be able to move when I need to. I realize downsizing might be coming from a fear-based position, but the reality is if I don't get rid of this stuff, I will have to rent out a storage unit and pay to keep other people's partially-discarded stuff, which I can't afford financially anyway. Lol... this is probably too personal a question. I've bought a session with you and I should probably go schedule something. Honestly, I think soul wants me to walk through this (painful} exercise for some reason.

This video is Golden. I am pure Joy, pure Bliss, pure Love. I worked on clearing my samskaras for years. I thought I had dealt with them until my TF came in and then Boom! It was like ALL of them arose again. I was completely undone and felt like i was that wounded child AGAIN. The day of our separation I felt like a part of me was dying bc I knew that this was going to happen. At the same time I felt relief, knowing that it needed to go down like this so that I could heal. This journey feels surreal yet there is this deep sense of acceptance bc I know my Soul chose this path. I also know subconsciously that my person and I are inevitable. I know we are together in Union whether or not we are physically together in 3 D. I now understand that we are together in 5 D, always and forever because we are ONE. I have terrible mornings as well. I wake up first thing In the morning with anxiety of the other, especially the last few weeks it started crazy and didn’t know why. I was triggered a few weeks ago so maybe that was it. I feel less and less towards the other and more towards me soul but just want to connect with soul more than anything but reminders and signs keep me going back to them and some days the signs are non stop. I’ve learned that the thoughts will still arise, even the fearful ones, and they will desperately try to grab your attention and pull you in. You just have to step back and let them be there, it’s ok for them to be there but know that they are just thoughts, a natural arising. The challenge arises when we try to control them or get involved with them, it causes a resistive tension in the energetic system.
