MLOps Engineer is also hot which is basically a DevOps Engineer that specializes in ML. I work in IT as sr. field and rhel admin as i'm skill up to shift more DevOps and cloud. Cloud is thr future where ai models will mostly be running for scalability. It way too expensive to run on-prem.
@TheLastCodebender thank you cus I'm 16 years old and I'm really interested in the DS career path although things may change by the time I'm ready to get a job as a data scientist I'm hoping the field is still as relevant as it is today I have one more question if you have the time I would appreciate it if you could answer right now I'm learning sql and some math (which I heard are essential skills for a data scientist) what other skills do you think I should focus on right now
I want to thank you for your time and effort you put into this! I wish I can connect to you just to chat for 5 minutes I am finishing my BBA next year forming full time Financial analyst I want to work remote job or even in USA just want a good pay job but I have to learn something in tech first like Data analysts and not sure why to take or learn to get that good pay job! Love from Canada ❤
Your welcome! Unfortunately I dont know the data analyst space that much (I am a software engineer), so I cant advise you much. But in general for most tech jobs what you need is: good projects + a good job search strategy (don't go to job boards, they are dead, instead reach out to people, try to get referrals, DM everyone in your LinkedIn network, connect with founders of recently funded startups and ask if they are hiring, etc.). This will give you better results. All the best!
I appreciate you replying back to me! That’s very nice of you and thank you for all the valuable information and advice you have provided Best of luck in your future 🙏
hey man loved your video and planning to take your course but i am a student with data engineering skills and basciaclly i am a computer science undergrad and am from india and want to get atleast a internship or any job in the us is okay can i still take your course can u guarenteee me a job in the next 6 months but trust me i am fast learner and will learn anything you will say or tell me to do i even have skills i did the genai course and built small botss with langchain and rag
Naah, go to some AI research papers and open source repos and start understanding and learning from those. During the initial 3 months you will feel like - "I wanna die", or you will cry like hell. But, if you make it through 3 months, just put in 3 more months to practice. And, bang! You are job ready after a lott of pain.
ML engineer is pretty advanced, in the US from what I know, its usually people with a masters degree or PhD who get those jobs. If you are fully self-taught, its more realistic to get a software engineer or AI developer job (i.e. a fullstack dev who knows how to use AI APIs, build RAG apps, etc.)
If you want to become an AI developer, book a free career call with me here: www.lastcodebender.com/accelerator
Great one

What of data scientists ?
It's good, I just selected 7 jobs for this video, but data scientists are up there as well
