How to Make an Easy No Sew Tutu

Got a child who loves to dress up, pretend they are a fairy, or just loves to dance? This step-by-step easy no-sew, so easy Tutu will give them hours of fun for little cost and time to you!
What I used for 1 Tutu:
- 4 yards of tulle: 1 yd white, 1 yd gold, 1 yd pink, 1 yd lavender - JoAnn's
Fabrics (on sale for 99 cents/yd!)
- Headband ribbon - The Ribbon Boutique (Michaels, $2.99/roll)
- Scissors
- Needle, thread and one button - but you can use twine or another ribbon to tie closed if you don't want to sew
