Mahomes, Herbert, Stroud, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Goff, Tua, Cousins, Hurts, Jordan Love, Kyler,.....i can name more.
Burrow is injury prone and has had an elite wr core his few years in the league. O line is also meh, but when you've got a premium wr core like that and you suck you gotta be like an out of the league kind of guy. Me, I'm sticking with Trevor vs Burrow. Trevor and Josh Allen are a tie cuz they're kinda the same guy. Would Mahomes be Mahomes if he was on this Jags team? I don't know.
The Ridley news ain’t surprising to me, you can see the eye test and see he wasn’t at the right places half the time.
This season is going to be a make or break year for Trevor. Last year you can tell he was sped up and while Fortner got all the blame for a lot of people. For me it was Ben Bartch, he got killed way more than Fortner in the games he started in the small time he was starting.
TBF, Bartch was coming off injury and didn’t look 100% when he got there.
Luke on the other hand had no excuse. He was just bad. And they refused to bench him lol
Ridley was a huge miss. Add in Zay being MIA the whole season and we only had one dependable receiver. Kirk good but he ain’t a game breaker.
Absolutely nuts to say you wouldn't take Josh Allen IMO.
He’s 2-0 against Josh Allen.

@@CreaseChannel TL didn't face off against Allen. Allen was on the bench for every play Lawrence ran.

@DWilliams-ce8nb alright how about this? Josh Allen had Zay Jones on his team. He couldn't elevate him. Now Trevor Lawrence has Gabriel Davis. He's gonna elevate him to his full potential. Mark My words.
Blake Bortles has done more for this franchise then Trevor has

Love is borderline and the only reason i wouldnt take cousins, rodgers or stafford is because of age. Lawrence is a middle of the pack QB.
Stroud as a decent rookie year and he's a great qb? with better weapons and a decent offensive line, I dont get that narrative. Purdy is in the perfect system, imagine TLaw there. Tua has great weapons as well. Prior to them getting Hill, the Dolphins were about to move on from him. Goff is meh, but the Lions have a good system for him so it works. The other guys on the list, sure as of right now, although Jackson/Herbert havent shown they can get it done when it matters.

@@LVCruzeno one thought stroud had the better offensive line and weapons before the season started, he outperformed Trevor with what everyone thought was a dumpster fire of a team. Point blank period.

Pump the brakes on Stroud lol. He had a good, not great rookie year. He will take a huge step back this year.
Put Trevor on the 9ers with their O-line and he's the MVP and Super Bowl Champion. It's ridiculous. Trevor is a really good QB, but Baalke over the last 2 years hasn't been helping him out. Bottom 5 O-line in both Pass Protection and Run Blocking. Did he fix the O-line in the draft or free agency? No. Cool you overdrafted 2 d-tackles by 2 rounds each.
Lawrence was grossly oversold by the hype-machine-media. ''Generational'' means best QB in 25 years.
Lawrence is a pretty good QB, but generational ? C'mon man...
that alignment story sounds like some BS to me...and I really don't care how much time they spent talking about "alignment"...now if it was "we didnt watch game film on upcoming opponent much"...that would be a different story....but "alignment"? who cares
I took it as, the players and coaches not being on the same page. Players maybe felt they should be doing one thing and the coaches wanted to do another.
And i could definitely see that being the case. Caldwell got too predictable and couldn’t adjust to the injuries. When I really think about it, even early in the year the defense never seemed on the same page. The turnovers masked the issue.
Once the turnovers stopped, we couldn’t stop a 3rd string QB, a 40 year old Flacco and Will fukkin Levis. They also got cooked by Mayfield and smoked by Purdy.
Clearly some dysfunction somewhere lol

The year Trevor won his playoff game compared to cj is trev had 27 tds 8 int. Thats 6 more tds and only 3 ints more
Stroud had 23 TDs in 15 games and the same amount of yards that Trevor had in 17 games. And Trevor had 9 fumble losses you’re leaving out
He also had 30 tds compared to 26 for CJ comparing the playoff years. Half of those fumbles came against the Eagles.
Even this season, Trevor had 1 less touchdown total than CJ. He clean up the fumbles and this is easily our division again regardless of what happens with the line or the receivers provided he stays healthy.
Trevor lawrence sucks
He only had 7-8 good games thay year. In 3 years hes put together 1 good half season of football in a new system. Teams got film on him in the system and hes regressed
Id keep trevor n grow with him dude its ok look at Bradshaw he was wat worse than trevor first few years but got 4 rings after he clicked in yhe nfl n got talent around him
Both Mannings were shit in their 1st 3 years too. Then the teams started building around them and giving em O-line.
LOL LOL LOL LOL a you guys are heeeeelarious!!!! You would take Trevor over Josh Allen?? You would take Trevor over a guy who threw 35 TD’s last year and has multiple 30 td seasons in his career? The only guy who you all named who I wouldn’t take over Trevor was Baker Mayfield.
