      I think his complaint is justifiable. Paying thousand of dollars for bland meal and bad toilet are valid complaints

    A little nit-picking. I've flown Singapore several times, and found them outstanding. Is there an arrival lounge in London? I agree the toilet issue should have been taken care of, and you said nothing about the crew. But overall it seems they did pretty well.

    Hi, regarding the showers in the business class lounge, no one seems to have mentioned if towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Can you help? Also do you have to book the showers?

    Singapore Air a great way to fly.....
    Hahaha. Not appetizing food. Really I do not understand the hype of chees bake lobster?Looks like the lobster refuses to die? Eh the fruit platter???Very unappetizing. You can buy better and fresher fruits from the supermart. Oh...yah I was looking forward to the comment STENCH TOILET! What to expect old plane.sure smell. I wonder why people give their hard earn money to a lousy service airline. The lounge may seems good but...again will you eat all those food? They look like normal buffet at discounted hotel for 60bucks plus plus. All those are normal sub par food. Perhaps we should think one more time when we eat at the lounge how are we gonna have a good meal on board? Better to weigh them out.Why I am mentioning this is because by the time you get onboard...tummy full! For price not worth it.

    You take time to show the food in the lounge but go so fast we cant read the menu description and the food is covered with lids so thanks so much for showing all the nice pots that apparently had some kind of mystery food stored inside them.

    Maybe I’m lucky but I’ve traveled SQ business class many times and I’ve never had a complaint, service, food and toilets have all been good.

    Like all airline they good and bad days - once flying SQ 1st class Shanghai to SG - asked for Claret (Pinchon-Longueville) but was served a Burgundy instead (albeit a lovely Gervery-Chamberton) @that time knew a member of SQ security team and recounted the story - was shocked. A few weeks ago flew Emirates to Dubai and then to Tokyo - style over substance adn SQ can on time be like that - such as all airlines can have good and bad - an unlucky trip. Oh yes forgot the salad course was just an open bag of what seemed a bag of Florette just dumped on a plate.

    I travel to SQ Business Classes. They are the best with their hospitality and ticket pricing. If you want to be treated as KING, chose a different aircraft. It is hard to make everyone happy on A380.

      Many reviewers do just voice overs. Not everyone wants to be in front of the camera and seeing his face doesn’t affect my opinion of the product.

    I'm doing this flight (well Hanoi to Singapore then Singapore to London all business) in March I'm just happy that I'm gonna be able to sleep 😂 a long flight from Kuala Lumpur to London was the worst so we booked business this time around haha

    I’m flying the same route on the A380 this June! I hope the management sees this review and I get to enjoy a quality product! Btw those seats look really dated!

    Great video! I'm a little shocked at the food service you received. I live in London and was seriously considering the inconvenience of flying to Germany to get a return Business flight to Singapore (its about half price compared to London). But, I would be beyond disappointed if I got what you got... food for thought! I have subscribed - well done on a good video!

      The catering out of Frankfurt (for many airlines) is terrible. If you have to fly from Germany, be sure to avoid Frankfurt

    Have used Singapore airlines business class on many occasions, but since the world opened up again have noticed a drop in service that includes no hot towel or welcome drink when boarding. also the business class lounge was so full we couldn't find two seats together. It may sound a bit petty but considering the excessive price they now charge for business is it to much to ask. will be going back to Cathay Pacific.

      I dare not use the hot towels. I had seen passengers use that for their shoes and feet. Yucks!!

      LOL did you say Cathay Pacific? If you think SQ's standards have dropped, wait till you experience Cathay Pacific's. Those are not just my sentiments; a quick search of youtube/Google would tell you the sad state of Cathay Pacific right now. Pre Covid, they were one of the best in the world. Post covid however....

      Actually the problem is bio clinate fuel henced you oay for that rubbish where most airlines in SG are told to buy it to promote clinate change. So much to pay a downright garbage. How much parking fee can increase also now they gavtor the cost of the terminal 5 you have to for it. Travel break sector bot direct. Old people please take note...long 22hour you happy and cna boast but when dvt hits haha you gonna tell who and whom???

    Wow I came across your video and enjoyed it! I came back from Singapore two weeks ago and travelled business class with my partner on the a380 and I noticed the exact same thing the terrible strong urine smell in all the bathrooms it was really off putting.

    You just didn't go to the J check-in area. SIN is SQ's hub. Obviously it's never fully self-serviced and there is always staff on hand manning desks.

    Simply cannot match Qatars service and indulgent food and have long abandoned SQ for business class flights.

      but SQ is making huge billions in profit ! Flying really isnt' fun any more you said it and i feel it ! i miss those days of flying i mean pre covid at least 10 years ago - today flying is like taking abus and the cabin crew service standard of SQ is declining you can tell from the quality of the crew thye just about drop standards to grab literally anyone now to do the work! Heard that budget airline crew are easily getting into SQ these days. It's like taking 3 star hotel staff to work in 5 star hotel!

      @@davidchan9187 Most flight attendants really hate their job,it's high paid servant work and most of them will never use their skills in an emergency,so they spend their time being a server...the males especially..I started flying first class in the 70's so you can just imagine the fun it was..

      Looking at online reviews of other airlines, it all seems to be going downhill fast. I've seen the same disappointment on Qatar, Emirates and Cathay videos recently.

      Its been hard to ramp up after the pandemic.
      Good quality crew simply are in demand and wont come cheap
