In a sense, but this is like a modern folk song. Since most folk songs are about mundane normal things in life, this song perfectly encapsulates the feeling of going out for a walk on a windy day.

I found it very amusingly relatable. When I was about the age of the character depicted, maybe a year or two younger, I actually had to skip school sometimes because I couldn't leave our apartment, and I'd be blown against the railing if I tried.
