In case anyone wondering, it's a song about someone who just got out and a strong wind blew, so their hair got "all back"

Not just their hair, they literally can't move forward because the strong wind keeps blowing them back.
The wind so strong that in some part of the video she even got blown backwards instead

To explain the situation: the name of the song is "Strong Wind Blowing My Bangs All Back". She is walking (marching?) against a very strong wind, one that prevents her from moving forward. She contemplates using an underground passage to avoid the winds. She also thinks about staying home. At one point, she steps outside and witnesses a bunch of pigeons fighting, blocking her way. The winds continue to prevent her from moving forward and mess up her hair.

There's a very emotional English song about some stuff a guy saw in a park, like some old men playing checkers and a ruined cake on the ground. I think some people are just really creative and I love that they're here to enrich our lives with cool silliness.
