He talked about it. The reason why he could not go into detail was because nothing had been confirmed. As a journalist, you can’t just start making accusations unless they are backed up with facts. And as we saw with the Giddey case, no charges ended up being brought.

Why didn't this lady come after Dak back in 2021 when a civil suit was within the 5 year statute period instead of now when it's expired? He signed a lucrative deal in 2021 and it was public. She can only countersue his extortion claim and still file criminal complaint which is within the 10 year period. So that wouldn't make sense if that was her plan because her civil suit would've been thrown out in 2024 not 2021. It's not easy to come forward in a situation if something happened with a public figure because people like you who rush to judge and doing so without some kinda thinking makes you look like an azz

There should be a 72 hours statute of limitation to file charges for a sex crime.
Why 72 hours? Because in medicine, if a patient falls and hits Its head, we typically watch them for 72 hours, and if nothing serious happens, we move on, because we can be pretty sure if the patient dies, then it probably wasn't the fall.
Consequently, if an adult victim of sexual crimes does not file charges after 72 hours, then we need to conclude that they have chosen to live with their trauma without judicial interference.
How can you prove that you were raped 6 months ago let alone more than 1 year ago, if you don't have any video evidence of the crime?
Rape is the worst crime EVER.
However, if I was a jury, then I don't ever see myself convicting a person for a sex crime if the only evidence is a sad story by the victim.
Victims no longer have the excuse of "I was scared, and that is why I waited 5 years to say something."
