Acho needs his line up fixed, it’s not straight. Sorry, I cut hair and that kind of stuff stands out to me. 👍🏽
Someone said years ago, if Joe Montana could be traded then anybody is replaceable
Look at Jerry Rice, Reggie White, Ronnie Lott, Marcus Allen, Charles Haley, OJ Simpson
These dudes are straight fanboys of their favorite players, they don't think logically when they push back on the "anybody is tradable" truth.
Not mahomes , you stupid ahh boa
Well said!! I mean that’s crazy but it’s true.
yea at a certain time but in his prime he wasn’t and like Mahomes rn will never get traded but maybe past his prime then yea
They are all tradable unless you are a quarterback who’s recently winning Super Bowls. I’m a 49ers fan and I understand why deebo would be traded.
Truth is QB’s are protected simply because they’re in high demand at the most important position..
Why?
@@Jay-ry2nkhonestly Deebo had a few good games. He wasn’t as good as Mcaffery
@@TiredAmerican247 He brings a level of physicality and block into your team.Your team is not the same when he's not on the field
@@Jay-ry2nk if the Niners are missing any of their star players they aren’t the same.
The 49ers FO has always been upfront with players that they listen to all trade offers and inquire about other players. The only ones "safe" or "untradeable" are those that have dead money hits that can't possibly be taken. This is all part of the business. Deebo knows this as it's really no different to what he did during his holdout for the current contract he's on. And it hasn't been an issue at camp, with Deebo, Pearsall, and Purdy all balling out and having fun during practices this week.
In addition, the 49ers FO has made it clear that the team is being run by football people. That is why you rarely see Jed York and you never see his parents.
Shady’s face when Acho started talking about Chip Kelly 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"they wanted to trade him..." No, no they didn't. They took calls, because there was interest. Making calls is different than taking them. The difference is intent.
I’ve never understood the hype with deebo he makes some good plays but he’s never been a top 10 wideout he’s more of a high end gadget guy
I agree mostly, but he's a version of Steph with gravity...teams definitely have to account for him in ways they wouldn't have to for most replacements
@@34XfeloniousFool ehh I think it’s the system u put him on the titans or bills etc I don’t think he’s the same guy cmac kittle Warner etc would basically ball anywhere they went
@@YxnginJesusLovesUDeebo is probably one of my all time favorite players, but when it comes to business, I’d never overvalue a player that I created. Deebo isn’t the same guy for 31 other teams. Maybe 5, but not 31. To your point, those other guys are still them everywhere else
@@martinwalker2501facts bro so I’m sure he’s happy he was y traded because he would not look the same outside of San Fran lol
@@34XfeloniousFool”have to account for” is the lamest most overused argument for ANY nfl player. What happens when a defense doesn’t “account” for Juice? Or Jennings? 1st or TD…. I used to hate when announcers would say “Aaron Donald is so good he has to be accounted for on every play” oh you mean the defenseman right next to the QB when the play starts has to be accounted for? Whoa so mind blowing!!
So much better without Joy. Keep it in the locker room, boys !
I think his people need to show him the film. He doesn’t play hard in 25-30 of the plays. That affects overall offensive success. Hard to sell a route to a defense if you’re running at 70-80% speed with no energy in and out of your cuts.
please share ALL your film and sources that allow you to tabulate a percentage of his off play effort. YOU ARE A CLOWN MAKING BROAD STROKES.
Yea im with you and im a 49er
Agree!
@@servdv same. I go back to the early 80s with the niners.
Larry is the most dominant lineman I’ve ever studied, and it’s not even close. The closest, and it’s not close, would be Munoz, and the gap between these two is larger than Larry was. Lol
His mouth is bigger than his action
Thank god a segment with actual players and not randoms 👏
Asking if Debo should feel disrespected by niners trying to trade him would be the same as asking if the niners should feel disrespected by Debo demanding to be traded. The answer is no both ways. Debo didn’t ask to be traded, he demanded to be traded. He can’t feel any kinda way about it for that reason. It’s a business and both sides have to do what is in their best interest so neither side should feel disrespected at all.

At the end of the day as much as I love people Samuel, unfortunately for him, his style of play and what makes him so great also makes him extremely tradeable. For the 49ers, as he gets along in years, his physicality as he gets older. It's gonna keep him out of games more and more. Just look at this past Super Bowl. We needed him, but he was injured and basically used as a decoy throughout that game. In an eighteen game season, players like deebo joes don't last So if i'm 49er management I trade him now while his value is at it's peak.

Shouldnt feel any type of way. Players need to remember when you go for bank breaking contracts and you are injured at times or not living up to the money you can become a cap casualty. Right now you one of the highest paid WRs and you are not even the best WR on the team.
When I saw Joe Montana and Tom Brady in different uniforms, I knew then and was reminded, no one is ever safe.
All this talk when they said it and what it's all about and is Business!
The caption to the video is miss leading. The 49ers weren’t “trying” to trade him. They were opened about the possibility, and willing to hear what other teams would offer.
Being a gadget dude thats always hurt and not top 5 in either receiving category ain’t worth that. He’s lucky he’s still there 🤷🏾♂️.

Tom Brady was also FORCED OUT of New England. Many of the greats have been forced out. Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, Deion Sanders, Reggie White, Charles Haley, Terrell Owens, Chris Carter, Randy Moss, Marcus Allen, OJ Simpson. So many Hall of Famers traded or forced out. No one is untradeable especially in modern NFL which is all business.
Jerry Rice wasn’t forced out. Everyone understood it was time to move on. The 49ers treated him with respect until he left.
It's the business side of the NFL. No team can keep and pay all of their stars. Tyreek Hill was traded. An expensive star becomes worth more to the team in trade capital.
The Broncos were tryna trade Shannon Sharpe in the middle of his prime man, this is a business. If you getting in yo feelings about being traded as a professional athlete while you getting paid millions of dollars, you got other issues internally that you need to work out. lol
As a niners fan living in Sc. Im a big Debo fan. However, I do know from the business side, Christian was more healthier. You just know every season Debo is going to be out due to injury. However, Debo is the heart of that team. And I feel like Christian can really eat when Debo is on the field.
Debo better be happy he’s still in the league and shut up!
After drafting Pearsall in the 1st round who can play each spot at WR postion along with another WR in 4th round. I see Deebo traded during or after this season and just gave a 2 yr extension to MCM, both these moves helps resign Ayuik with cap space, plus San Fran has to pay Purdy after this season
James Jones makes Shady look like a little kid. He is a big dude.
I don't think we actually tried they were taking calls and keeping their ears open but that was about it. Obviously it was going to take something spectacular in order to give up somebody like Deebo
28 million per year and he got exposed in the superbowl. He is overpaid for his current production. I'm sure he's upset but he shouldn't be, it's a business and results driven.
Exposed ? Go watch them highlights again he wasn’t getting held
@@princesslee2737 he on some plays he was getting held, but that's how the refs were calling the game. He is supposed to be one of the most physical receivers in the game. He needs to get separation some how but didn't have the route tree, shiftiness or quickness to create separation. Tight man coverage is his kryptonite. Why else would the niners consider trading. Yes money could be a factor but they would eat that money if they felt he was worth it. Don't get me wrong he is one of the best players in space but he is not a traditional receiver. This is what was exposed in the superbowl.
@@princesslee2737 receiving and rushing yards total 1,117 yards. 12 tds. That’s not good for almost 30 million a year. But it’s partially his fault and coaching. They have to many players on that team. So someone is gonna be left out in the cold with productivity. Even though he still had a good year. Just not 30 mil worth of production.
It's always gotta be a hater in the comments
@@lord-marroking1315 well said I agree
Emotional maturity is very important. Like Nino Brown said, it’s always business, never personal! Players should understand this
Deebo is gonna have a career year this season, im drafting for fantasy...
I think he wants 1 more bag before his body breaks down and he's gonna request the ball more often.
AS a cowboys fan the 49ers trading deebo is just absurd!
We cant keep everyone, deebo cap is at 29 mil next season and its his final contract year so theyll get cap relief and a pick next year and Purdys up to get paid. Deebo isnt the same player he was
Great format.... speak Is getting better!!!
Chip Kelly was a nut smh
Sometimes it's okay to trade a Joe Montana when you have a Steve Young. Mahomes back up does not compare to him so yeah, why would you even think to trade him. Trading away any player without having their replacement is just foolish. Deebo had his best season when he was moved to the backfield. But now they have CMC so his value is not as high. The 49ers have BA and JJ along with Kittle and Pearsall now.
ye they paid CMC more money... but guess what, he produced WAY more than deebo did last year. he was BY FAR the best player on that 49ers team last year both defense and offense and it wasn't really close
Debo hasn't said ANYTHING negative about all this and FYI CMC has that title sewn up so stop with the drama you're trying to cause.
ACHO…..you’re amazing at your craft!!!!💪
People forget part of the reason 49ers lost the Super Bowl vs chiefs.
Deebo Samuel couldn’t beat man coverage . He was getting lock up by safety’s and backup DBs in man coverage.
Good Wr for zone , backfield , gadget plays. He can’t beat Man coverage
Debo is a great player but always hurt! Can’t trust to put that type of money on a player that can’t stay healthy js
Especially tht Browns game, pre game he's bumping shoulders with the opps, come game time injurys his shoulder.
"Heartbeat of the 49ers offense" like CMC isn't on the same roster. Acho just has too many misses trying to be catchy.
Debo takes up a lot of cap space. He isn’t a top receiver but more of a running back that can catch witch is why he is always banged up
In the bustling world of the NFL, where high-octane athleticism and raw talent are often celebrated, the nuanced art of route running can sometimes be overlooked. This is particularly true for San Francisco 49ers' wide receiver Deebo Samuel, whose route running skills remain criminally underrated by many NFL pundits. While Samuel's physicality and versatility have earned him widespread acclaim, his precision and craft in route running deserve closer examination and greater recognition.
Deebo Samuel is often lauded for his robust physical presence and ability to excel in multiple roles. Whether taking handoffs as a running back, catching screens, or breaking tackles in the open field, Samuel’s versatility is unmatched. His ability to seamlessly transition between wide receiver and running back roles has revolutionized the 49ers' offensive schemes, making him a cornerstone of their game plan. However, these standout traits often overshadow his more subtle, yet equally impressive, abilities as a route runner.
Route running is a critical skill for any wide receiver, demanding a blend of agility, speed, and tactical intelligence. It involves creating separation from defenders, maintaining precise timing, and making sharp, decisive cuts. Exceptional route runners can deceive defenders with their footwork and body language, turning seemingly straightforward plays into significant gains.
Samuel’s route running is a masterclass in subtlety and effectiveness. His ability to execute complex routes with precision allows him to create separation and find pockets in defensive coverage. Here’s a closer look at the aspects of his route running that deserve more recognition:
Footwork and Agility: Samuel’s footwork is a key component of his route running excellence. His quick, nimble feet allow him to change direction swiftly and create space between him and the defender. According to NFL Next Gen Stats, Samuel's average separation of 3.2 yards per target ranks him among the top receivers in the league, demonstrating his ability to consistently create space through his footwork and agility.
Deceptive Body Language: One of the hallmarks of an elite route runner is the ability to deceive defenders. Samuel excels at using subtle body movements to fake out his opponents. This is evident in his success rate against man coverage, where he boasts a 65% success rate according to Pro Football Focus (PFF), indicating his ability to mislead and outmaneuver defenders.
Understanding Defensive Schemes: Samuel’s intelligence and understanding of defensive schemes enhance his route running prowess. He is adept at recognizing coverages and adjusting his routes accordingly. This is reflected in his catch rate of 74.5% on contested targets, per PFF, showcasing his ability to exploit defensive weaknesses and secure tough catches.
Physicality in Routes: Samuel’s physicality is not just useful after the catch but also during his routes. He uses his strength to fend off press coverage at the line of scrimmage and maintain his route integrity. His yards after contact (YAC) average of 8.2 yards per reception, as reported by ESPN Stats & Info, highlights how his physicality aids him in maintaining and enhancing his routes.
Despite these impressive attributes, many NFL pundits continue to focus predominantly on Samuel's versatility and physicality, often relegating his route running skills to the background. This oversight is a disservice to the complete player Samuel has become. His ability to run precise, effective routes is a foundational element of his success and the 49ers' offensive strategy.
Deebo Samuel is much more than a versatile offensive weapon; he is a masterful route runner whose skills merit greater recognition. His footwork, deceptive movements, understanding of defensive schemes, and physicality all contribute to his excellence in this area. As NFL analysts continue to dissect and debate player performances, it's time for them to give Samuel's route running the spotlight it deserves. In doing so, they will not only offer a fuller appreciation of Samuel's talents but also gain a deeper understanding of what makes the San Francisco 49ers' offense so dynamic and challenging to defend.
Deebo's production has gone down since his '21 contract/ holdout year. He has not been that Deebo. His injuries annually cost 3-4 games. Business. Aiyuk blossomed into a #1 WR. With us drafting Pearsall, resigning Jennings and about to lock in Aiyuk.... it's not enough seats at the table.
Man i love the Brandin Boykin love!
He ain’t that great and I’m a niner fan. Be happy we’re paying you that much.

Sometimes it’s more than the money when being traded. It’s business. Get out your feelings.
The day that the 49ers got CMC, Deebo became expendable.
Who cares abut howhe feels? He's getting good money and it is a business! I would actually be happy and hope i go to a team with lower state taxes and cost of living so i could effectively get a raise!
Ah well… they should trade him if he’s upset 🤣🤷♂️
Deebo should just sign man. Let’s not get greedy on planet earth
"Locker room" = Joy has gone to another job, so we will chat without her. 🤣
Yes Debo is a good player and yes he plays hard, but remember all the BS that he put the 9ers through and him wanting to leave. This business works both ways dude so I don't think he can be mad at them because he was literally doing and wanting the same thing just before he got his big deal. No it’s a business
The 49ers didn't try to trade him they told the league they were taking serious offers.
Which there were no offers he's a head case
To be fair Signing Deebo is like signing another RB . Him and CMAC are almost exactly the same . CMAC can catch the ball just as good as DEEBO . And DEEBO can almost run the ball just as good as CMAC . So why resign the same exact player
Nice try but They are not the same type of player lol 😂

Like Acho said. When you are 20 something years old and are a GREAT player you feel made at trade talks. BUT you need to realize that it is a business. Very few of these BILLIONAIRE OWNERS have loyalty to a person, player, city or team. They are in it for the money and most of all for the envious looks from their BILLIONAIRE friends.
Deebos dangerous when hes not injured and occasionally against man cvg. Id trade him before anybody else
Dude was absent in the playoffs. Id sign brandon if possible.
Come to Dallas Debo ! We will pay you and love you forever ! Just contribute and get that ring
Deebo only puts out 50% effort when he knows he isn't getting the ball. That is the problem.
2:55 how is CMC untradeable when he was literally traded for
Why are they surprised? The 49ers know that how physical Deebo plays won’t last much longer in the nfl.
Not to mention that nobody talks about Deebo and his route running because he is average at route running.
2:45 Aaron Donald seemed like he wasn’t tradable but if they never won that Super Bowl and he was still playing they might be taking offers
Don't say "All-Pro" over and over like he was just an All-Pro last year lmao he hasn't been that player in years
Another 28 mil coming in 2024, made 58 mil total in 3 years? Traded or not, Deebo couldn't care less and is laughin'. At last 10 teams out there will guarantee him 75mil for another 3 years.
It's 28 million this year bc the past 2 seasons were only 8 and 7 million. Very cost friendly.
It’s all business at the end of the day
Problem is they want someone who can separate in one on one coverage and currently he’s listed as a 1 or 2 WR. Typically those type of guys with his skill set would be a 3 or 4 but he’s so good at what he does you as a team can’t do that as his value commands him to be a 1 or 2….but what happens if he gets injured more or drop passes or can’t separate….he we are. This is why the niners moving the way they are.
Why trade him while he is producing on a peak? makes no sense.
Joe Montana was traded to KC...Deebo is on the chopping block...HELLO the NFL is a BUSINESS 💰🤑💸
