They’re suffering if people are constantly to push them. I have MCI, and I have this problem. I’m at a stage that my symptoms can be mitigated, but when people bombard me with texts and calls or try to force me to do things, especially to go out and especially when it’s last minute, it causes extreme anxiety attacks and that causes me to isolate more. I try very hard to maintain myself so people don’t actually see my illness, which makes it harder. People also try to guilt and shame me. I’m saying this to try to raise awareness and to say that it’s actually cruel and insensitive to bully someone for an illness that we can’t help having.
